I ordered a hoodie on the 14th November 2018 and it's been a week and still not received my order, I have emailed them twice and had no reply, I have contacted PayPal about this

Ordered my item money was taken on 4th …
Ordered my item money was taken on 4th Dec still haven't received and have had no reply to my emails tried calling number is invalid got a different number from directory enquiries and that was also invalid. Not sure if I'll see my item or my money, will be contacting PayPal, and putting this on Facebook, and all other sharing sites. So be careful 😖
