Please can anyone tell me how to return a dress & earings to Glandress. I ordered 2 sizes January23rd. First one arrived @ 3 weeks later it was to big, so thought I would wait for the second dress which was a larger size & send them both back together. Just received a message saying refund for the second dress that had not arrived. Still no idea or advice after numerous emails on how to return first dress & earings. Can anyone help. Still out of pocket

Totally awful and not what I ordered
Totally awful and not what I ordered. I emailed them 5 times with no reply. When I got PayPal involved, they finally responded and told me they would refund me, but ONLY after I withdrew my PayPal dispute as allegedly they could not refund me while the dispute was open. What rubbish. I kept the dispute open and got a refund through PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible company
No tracking details for two weeks. I enquired and order date was re-set to that time. Shoddy workmanship and sizes much smaller than advertised. No details on website for returns. Sent two emails asking for details that were ignored.
Luckily I paid through PayPal and they issued me a full refund.
