I'm an adult and live in the real world so I rarely complain. I just had to vent this and maybe Glanbia Connect will change their procedures.
I bought an Alpina strimmer head off the site and the delivery (€5) was super quick. Good job. However the head was left hand screw as opposed to right hand on my machine. Maybe I should have checked the Alpina product specs further...but it also didn't say left or right on the Glanbia site. My major issue here is that I've had to pay €4.95 for the returns via An Post. So it's cost me €9.95 postage for a product I can't use. Glanbia is a huge company...if Lifestyle Sports can offer free returns via An Post drop off, surely Glanbia can.
