Well this address is same as vision health. If they think I’m going away after been had over by them for 120 dailies they will be mistaken. The address I sent my 3 lenses back was signed by you as it the address on vision lenses. If you felt you were not part of a scam you would have emailed me. Don’t worry guys this is going to trading standards and police. Have not had a refund you deserve to be shut down

Same as other reviews here - ordered twice and one ordered cancelled due to no stock and another order is pending and a week late even though the order was confirmed for 2 day business delivery. Not able to contact customer services and no reply to emails. DO NOT USE!!!

Was a bit apprehensive to order from this seller at first reading some of the reviews , but I need not have worried! I ordered my lenses yesterday the 6th March 2023 got free delivery and was notified that they were on the way,and I had them safely and promptly delivered this morning the 7th!!! Genuine solotica lenses a fabulous vivid blue 😊 the same brand I always order and have struggled to find since we left the EU !! As I used to order from a company in Paris .But I have now found a reliable source with glam lenses . I will most certainly be purchasing my lenses from Glam lenses in future. Many thanks 😊 it’s 5* from me!!👏😊 I have not been paid for this review!

As like pretty much every other review - dispatched within 2 hours but 4 days later CANCELLED AND REFUNDED DUE TO NOT STOCK

Placed an order but received an email 3 days later telling me there were no stock! Why waste people's time selling things they don't have stock for? Not acceptable in this day and age.

It seems I'm not the only one! I sent a query 2 days ago regarding the order I wanted to place. The notification said I would have a response within 24 hours. I heard nothing so I placed the order today because I need the lenses urgently. The money went out immediately, but they cancelled several hours later due to insufficient stock. I've just received an email to say I will get my refund in 3 to 5 days! In the meantime I need to pay someone else. This was a big order for a year's supply. Why does the website allow an order for stock which doesn't exist? Appalling, don't use them!

Fast delivery, reasonable price. A minor issue with the number of delivered lenses ( I ordered 270- got just 240) was resolved very quickly and in a good way.
