Inefficient customer service
I requested information on the EU/IT size of the skirt which was listed in denim sizes but the customer service provided a generic answer with inaccurate information, though all what it would take was looking at the label of the item (which clearly states the exact size of the item). As a result, the information provided by the customer service was wrong (size IT 36 was listed as jeans size 25, while it can actually be not more than 24), as well as the ordered size was too small. Returning the purchase would cost nearly 40 euros (30 euros for the shipment of the order and 10 euros in duties). When I contacted them to explain the error they denied it stating that the size 25 corresponds to the french size 34. Come on, we're all adults, deceiving clients never repays well.
