No complaints on my last few transactions. The only reason why they're not getting five stars is because of past experiences. I thought I would give them another try with some Bluetooth products in both times they delivered. Let's keep this trend going.

Quick delivery and best quality

I ordered a phone from Giztop that never arrived, it was blocked at customs and never delivered to me.

I contacted Giztop multiple times for a refund and they simply ignored me.

No phone, no money back.

I've had similar situations with Amazon and eBay over the years, and I always got refunded without a fight.

Giztop, by contrast, seems perfectly happy to take your payment and leave you with nothing when something goes wrong.

I won't be ordering from them again, and I'd strongly urge anyone considering it to stay away.

My first time purchasing a phone thru Giztop and I couldn’t be happier!! Plus they upgraded my phone at no extra cost because the one I ordered was out of stock. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a great phone (Honor Magic Air Pro 8)

My phone was shipped a couple days late, due to a vacation in China. This was not detailed in the website and it should be.

Otherwise great, third time I buy a phone from Giztop and will again in the future.

Delivery was fast despite coming from hk to USA, customer service was very helpful and assuring. The whole process took about 10 days, you just have to trust this company, they’re very genuine and thoughtful.

I've purchased "IMAK privacy glass screen protector for Xiaomi 15 Ultra" on 4th April 2026 and it mentioned "support ultrasound fingerprint recognition" on the website but turned out the recognition doesn't work.

I sent an email to enquire about it on 12th April 2026 and was replied one day later:"Ok, we checked that you purchased the screen protector as Privacy version, there is no founctions for ultrasound fingerprint recognition, please understand this. "

Then i replied the email on the same day with the screen capture of "support ultrasound fingerprint recognition" but still no response until today on 2nd May 2026.

Got the product in great condition and teracking was good. Thank you!

Good service, very friendly, always got the latest Chinese flag phones first.
