Disgusting customer service

Hope this helps other when choosing their motorcycle luggage. Bought Givi Trekker black full set luggage and Racks for my BMW GS in April 2024 from online official distributor Native Viking or MC-1 as know in the North East ( 2 year warranty) had an issue with one pannier being loose sent back to Native Viking as advised by Givi. Since then each company has blamed the other for dealing with my warranty claim. Totally ignore your emails and calls I even went on the Givi stand at MCL 25 nothing from them. They have had my pannier longer than I have. AVOID Givi and Native Viking complete shower take your money not interested after that. They still have my pannier after nearly 10 months

after purchasing a pair of side cases…

after purchasing a pair of side cases and a rack at 650GBP I was very excited to fit them to my triumph t120. however the locking device that secured the case to the bike so people can't just take them off and walk away with your stuff when your away would not line up.

this part retails at 50GBP I contacted givi uk to see if they would supply me with a spare due to the item being faulty and not lining up. this should of taken 10 minutes to fit but after 2 hours of trying it would work. one of there team then lied to be and told me I had the wrong products and this would working with my model bike even though id seen it working in serval YouTube videos.

so after owning the panniers and rack for last then a week their seems to be absolutely no warranty or givi admitting they have produced a part this isn't quite fit for purpose. would recommend this product because the customer service and after sales care is the worse and rudest I've ever experinced.
