I was disappointed in our results. I began the undertaking with one person from your staff and admitted that I am not tech savvy. She was unwilling/unable to talk to me about how to expand my reach beyond the standard Facebook postings and emails. The next time I called, there was someone else "responsible" for my account. She too was not helpful. When I called a third time and got yet another individual, I gave up and just did my best with what I had. I did not find enough helpful info on the site about expanding our reach either. All n all, great idea. Poor execution.

Giveforward was a great platform for help a friend in a time of need. Like myself, a lot of our mutual friends no longer live in our home town, or even in the state. Giveforward was an easy way for friends and family to show their support for her.

Great site, easy to navigate and work with and share with various social media sites

I didn't get the chance to really use this platform the way it was designed since I was juggling work and family at the same time. However, I would like to say a big "thank you" to the entire Give Forward Team. This platform was very, VERY easy to use and I was able to leverage social media to help out a loved one in her time of need. Although we didnt reach our goal on Give Forward, we only ran a 4 week campaign and were able to surpass out goal by $3K through other fundraising avenues in the community. We had such an impressive response from the community on an international scale! It truly was amazing. This is the FIRST time I have done something like this and Give Forward made it super easy. Wullah, thank you so much.

My best friend passed away and this platform gave us all the tools to set up the fundraiser for his kids the same day. Given the impact of social media this is hands down the best platform to use.

My Service Dog had a cancerous tumor and with the help of Givefoward and posting on Facebook, the funds were raised for my dog to have her surgery and now she is cancer free (and hopefully will stay that way!). Without Giveforward, the money would never been raised as donations were able to come in from all over the WORLD!!! Being disabled and on a fixed income, who knows what would have happened to my beloved Service Dog....but luckily she is still with us today. So many people on Facebook shared her story and more and more donated!!! It was wonderful and heartwarming to see the total donations increase daily. I only had about a week to raise the money and it was all raised in time!!!

GiveForward was an answer to prayers. We put up a fundraiser for a friend in need and 3 days later we had earned the money she needed. The website had great explanations, instructions, and tips. It was user-friendly and has lots of nice features. The money was transferred to the correct account without any problem.

A friend recommended Give Forward to me when we wanted to help out a local businessman who had some serious health issues. It was incredibly easy to set up and manage the campaign, and support was readily available the couple of times I had questions. I would absolutely recommend Give Forward.

Had a great time raising the money. Easy for all to donate. easy to cross-post and share page. However when money was to be sent to the family receiving the donation, they had some issues cashing the check and had to wait for almost a week for it to clear - due in no fault to their bank. They had to facilitate calling the Give Forward rep to get further information about why their check wasn't being cleared. They eventually got it and got their cash. Other than that great website and easy to use.

Giveforward was very user-friendly. It took minutes to set up a site and you had the option to make it as detailed as you wanted. It's easy to share and link to social media as well. The fees were competitive and lower than other crowdfunding sites and withdrawing the funds was simple. Highly recommend.

This was a great site and opportunity to be able to take funds easily to help pay for treatment. It was easy to provide updates to people who had donated, and was a good way to be able to gather the funds for use.

Some upgrades which would be nice would include a way other than PayPal (or check at the end) for payout; linking directly to a bank account would have been helpful.

Also, the trigger email response for donations button was easily dismembered, but not able to be turned back on, making it more manual for sending out thank you information.

Giveforward did exactly what they said they'd do when they were suppose to do it! Fantastic experience that helped save our retired police k9.
The only uncomfortable situation was in regards to the bank information. If I had of known in advance... I would have went to a bank (that I do not currently use) an opened a new account that was not connected to all my other accounts. Giveforward tracking system was very clear to understand though without any mistakes. Thank you!

i started a give forward fund last year for a young mother of 4 who was suffering with terminal breast cancer. i wanted to help raise the money to help her family save their home-due to medical expenses and her husband having to take a year off looking for any cure to save his beautiful wife..i was able to circulate the give forward campaign everywhere and i got it covered by the latin tv news media who shared her story for weeks. we successfully raised our goal on give forward with mundo fox tv help and i do highly recommend give forward,they were excellent in helping us to achieve this and in getting the money to the family fast when the campaign closed. sadly we lost our beautiful friend ,but i will always be VERY grateful to give forward for their great work and endless compassionate caring!

Great platform. Extremely helpful staff support. I would be weary of 'fake' fundraisers though.

I recommend Giveforward, they are wonderful and so helpful with the fundraiser we did for my precious daughter.

I think the premise is awesome and the support team was great as well. I would absolutely recommend this site to any one in need of fundraising for medical procedures.

We used Giveforward during a time of extreme stress when my partner was diagnosed with brain cancer. A friend set up an account to help us with medical and out of state travel expenses as we had to travel out of state for care. The inspirational messages from friends and family were so wonderful to receive. A few days after the timeframe expired, a check came in the mail. So easy and so very appreciated!!

We chose to use Give Forward for my dad's benefit. He was diagnosed with Glioblastoma last year.i couldn't be happier with the result of the online donations. It was very easy to use and the funds were delivered in a short time. I would recommend Give Forward anytime and will certainly use it again in the future.

GiveForward was easy to set up and clear about terms of the account. We were able to share information with family and friends and receive their donations to help support the family. The website was easy to use and helpful to us when so many other things were going wrong.

If I had fully understood the market for crowdsourcing and how GiveForward works, I never would have used it. When I think about how much GiveForward took of the money we raised for my friend dying of cancer, it sickens me!
