I can totally see the difference! Using the whole set as described, with oil and serum twice a week, nails are growing much faster and noticeably firmer, happily continuing to use.
I have ordered a nail care set with cuticle remover, serum, and oil. Just started using it, so don't know if it helps my damaged nails or not - will come back later to update the review. For now, the delivery was excellent, the packaging was lovely and solid. The bottles themselves are very minimalist—love it. The process of using is comfortable.

Very disappointed
I was fooled by them for a long time when I asked for water-based nail polishes that they promised wouldn't remove. Luckily, I never fully trusted them, and I was right. They were finally removed from their website, and today they've officially followed the path of many other companies, no longer standing out, and producing nail polishes that are everywhere and are chemical-based. And to think they were so innovative when they introduced water-based ones! I'm sure many other people like me will have been very disappointed. Luckily, I've found valid alternatives to them, and I can move on.

Our water-based nail colors were a groundbreaking step in clean beauty, and they continue to hold a very special place in our brand’s journey. However, developing and maintaining a high-performing water-based formula is incredibly complex. To ensure we meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance and that our community truly loves what we bring to life. We’ve had to pause and reassess how we approach that category.
That said, this is not the end of water-based at gitti. Quite the opposite: we’re excited to share that in early 2026, we will be reintroducing a new water-based line with 10 signature shades plus some new suprises. A launch that we’re working on with a lot of love and dedication, and one we can’t wait to unveil.
In the meantime, our plant-based nail colors continue to reflect our commitment to clean innovation. While they may not be water-based, they are up to 82% plant-based, a formulation that sets us apart in the industry. Similarly, our makeup line includes products made with up to 99% natural ingredients. Something we’re deeply proud of.
We respect your perspective and fully understand your personal preference for water-based formulas. But please know: the heart of our mission remains unchanged. We’re still striving to change the beauty industry for the better, with high-performing, conscious alternatives that don’t compromise on quality or values.

I love gitti
I love gitti! Their products are vegan, which I like. I've already bought plenty of their nail polishes since I love the colors. I also like heir makeup as it works great for my sensitive skin (no irritation at all!). I use the mascara, blush, and lip gloss every day now. Shipping was fast, too :) Overall, I love that gitti actually cares about quality and sustainability. Highly recommend if you want great beauty products that are good for you and the planet!

Great customer service
Great customer service!
I bought something during the Black Friday but to this day never received it. Right before Christmas I emailed them, asking if there was any problem since I received the email saying that the parcel had been sent but the delivery company’s updates always said that it was about to arrive. Two days ago the Gitti team answered me (which is understandable since it is holidays) explaining that they suffered many problems and that they would send it to me again if I confirmed that I never received them. They have been very kind and even sent an additional item for free for the troubles.
I will buy again from them.
