Excellent
Really pleased with the process of buying tickets with Gigs and Tours. I bought some through a competitor a few days earlier and it was so difficult negotiating different apps and ending up in a long queue. This time I had Gigs and Tours open on one device, and the competitor open on a different one. I was through and had bought my tickets on Gigs and Tours before the competitor had even put me in the queue. Absolutely delighted. I know who I’ll use next time! Just wish there was a better resale ability other than Twickets, but apart from that, great!

Easy but meh
Quick and easy to buy, but trying to use O2 academy app/ticketmaster as per the confirmation email states was a PITA. Constant “Your activity has been paused” due to them believing I was a BOT. And then to see the email says “ You may not be able to download your digital ticket(s) until 1-2 weeks before the event.” The whole point of ticketmaster/o2 Academy app is there to see your tickets in your wallet????

See tickets wallet is awful
Booking through gigs and tours is always fine, its the part where you find your tickets is a bit tricky. However this isnt really their fault. Seetickets (the app used to show/display your tickets) it awful and doesn’t work 75% of the time.

I cannot see my tickets yet so concerned as the show is in 2 weeks and I have no way to confirm the tickets. Annoying experience with the app download just for one event, overkill, will not order tickets again through this

It kept asking me to give a first name when I payed with Apple Pay, but no box was available for first name? Rather weird and had to use another payment method to secure my ticket!

So many issues with paying with Google…
So many issues with paying with Google pay. On mobile. Terrible UI from 90s. I finally got the ticket but had to open my grand old pc to get it. Terrible service. Wake up it's 2026.
