Speed and Efficiency
I had to request a repair to one of 2 laptops purchased from GigaRefurb. There was no quibble, just had to pack it securely. It was delivered to them on Friday 2nd prior to the Bank Holiday Monday. I received it back today Wednesday 7th, they actually replaced it and installed all my wife's data as well. Exceptional service. My only comment would be that they are not brilliant at communication.
Short life refurb desktop - update .
Update : After returning my desktop for repair under warranty , it was returned repaired within a week and is working again . Very pleased with Customer Service and the team that repaired it . I recommend this Company . Fully explaining any problem will get a good response .

I purchased a Lenovo Mini for my daughters birthday and it arrived with smashed usb (Not done in transit). As it was a present I powered it up as she was very excited to be getting one , Started overheating within minutes of powering up. So basically it WAS NOT refurbished, No new Heatsink compound or anything. The smashed USB would have been & should have been spotted during the ' Refurbishing process '. I contacted them and after a lot of messing around I finally got them to collect the item, Took me days and days to get my money back. By now my daughters birthday had come and gone and I could not afford another until I had my refund. Thank you for Ruining my daughters birthday. Then I left feedback and they told me I could have 10% of my next order ! lol , I kindly explained i would not be purchasing anything from them. Then they emailed back to say ( And i quote ) " we would like to offer you a 25% refund of the total order amount " , At this point I had ordered another one for my daughter and its cost £10 more. £10 was the approx 25% refund. So i messaged to say this does not fix the issues but i would except there offer. Days and nothing so I emailed to say I had not yet had my refund. They then back tracked and said " Please be advised that we are only able to process a 25% refund for your next order. " This is NOT how the original message reads it says refund NOT discount. I had already explained I would NOT be purchasing from them after the whole experience. So my advice is go somewhere else , My item was ' Not As Described ' and the commination (When they eventually do) is absolutely shocking. Oh and the images you see are NOT of the item you receive. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE !!!!

They sold me a faulty item. It was a monitor that was unusable due to multiple ports not working. After months of me pestering them, they agreed to a refund and provided me with a shipping label.
They waited until I had posted the item and just hours later then emailed me saying that they couldn't refund me because it's not in their policy. I was never relying on their policy, I was relying on the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which they seem to think they are above. Not only this, but they had already agreed to a refund!
They now won't process a refund and now they have the monitor.
I've had to do a dispute via my card provider which is ongoing and will take months. I am a details guy so I have all the evidence I need to prove everything but somebody else might not be so lucky.
This company seems to think that they are above the law. I have reported them to Action Fraud and am speaking to Citizens Advice to report them to Trading Standards.
In my opinion, you should not risk buying from them and should go with another vendor; even if it's slightly more expensive elsewhere, you will at least be safe.

Everything was fast and to exact spec I wanted, delivery faster than was expected. Those guys are really worth your while. Before i checked few similar websites and these guys not only have a great customers service and reply to emails right away, but their prices are best I could find. To be fair, I didn't like the keyboard I got, but that's the minor issue, everything else was top notch. Great service guys, thanks

Lap top was delivered with wrong charger I called customer service and a replacement arrived next day. I have used Gigsrefurb several times and have always been impressed.

Customer service was excellent. We were able to speak with someone on the phone before placing our order. They were very knowledgeable and made sure we bought a laptop that meets our specific needs.

Ordered on Wednesday They said they would deliver on Saturday but still on following Tuesday their courier says that it has not received the package from them and you can't get through on the telephone and they don't respond to emails
Never ever again
Spent good money on a laptop with desktop cradle.
They said it was refurbished - it wasn't.
Keyboard keys kept falling off as had clearly taken some abuse. Laptop would frequently turn off at random.
None of this checked prior to shipping.
Sent back for service under warranty - first week of May.
For 5 months they did not responded to repeated requests.
Received a call over a week ago promising a refund but now, as before, they're maintaining radio silence.
So no laptop, no money and no answer.
Now in the hands of HMCTS.
