Good Idea Terrible Service
Gigable as a service is a superb idea & when it works its great. I have used it for food deliveries. I've never been let down so much by a service. Consistent no shows. My driver today was 1 hour 20 mins late for a delivery. Food was cold & inedible by the time it got to the client who now wants a full refund. Will Gigable compensate me for this - not a hope. Who deals with all the stress of this we do. I have contacted the customer service before via the website - no reply., I contacted the account manager explaining how I had 2 no shows in one day & how its impacting my business. His reply was "did you mark thie gigs as no shows?" - that's it. Thanks for your help. I never write reviews & I've resisted from writing this but after today it's important people know what they're getting themselves into. Use this service at your peril they make show they may not. Have a back up plan. Don't hire anyone that has cancellations on their profile / get a phone number (they don't provide this basic information) / constantly check your app that the person is coming. I had one cacellation 30 mins before the gig was on. Jokers.

While this is extremely rare, we also of course understand how disruptive this can be to any business.
Our product team is hard at work and in the coming days we are releasing new features which give you more control on gig re-fulfilment options in the event of a cancellation, and we are also introducing stricter requirements which will ensure only freelancers with more than 4.5 stars are allowed access gigs through automations. We also have a series of improvements planned that will aim to find freelancers quickly in the event of a no show.

I found Gigable is not treating people who work for them greatly. Support is really slow or none when needed. Companies paying a ridiculously low money and gigable is creating this to allow it. I dont feel Gigable cares much about their employers. Anyway, its handy when u need to make a little bit of money.
