I work with Gigable for the last 2…
I work with Gigable for the last 2 years as a part time; the app it’s user-friendly but one thing I think it’s not fare for the drivers if you accept a job and then you cancelled within 24h before the job you are penalised; most of the jobs are ready in the same day soo if you accepted and then cancelled due to some problems you are penalising wich is very unfair and unsatisfying. Something needs to be done about this .

We have a number of tools/automations designed to help find a replacement in this scenario, but we appreciate that its not always a good solution for every business. Gigable have got no control over the…
Gigable have got no control over the drivers....they are cancelling the gigs at the last moment....so as a owner we can't arrange back up last minute.

We will block and suspend drivers who cancel at the last minute, but we understand this doesn't help in the short term when you need a driver urgently. Found the app easy to get around and figure out how all this works by myself. Received a courtesy call a couple of hours before my first gig, which was unexpected and a nice touch.
