Wish I could rate this scamming website in negative. It's a 100% SCAM. Please don't order anything from there. There will be no delivery. I got fooled by their Rakhi gift hamper scheme! Ordered on 4th Aug. Expected delivery on 9th Aug. Today is 13th Aug and still there's no delivery.

Extremely Disappointed – Missed Rakhi, Spoiled Sweets & No Accountability
I had ordered sweets along with rakhis, specifically to be delivered before 10th August, well in time for Raksha Bandhan. It’s now 14th August, and I have still not received the order.

I have been constantly messaging for updates, and every time I’m told the same vague excuse — that they are “taking strict action against their delivery partner.” This has been their response for the last three days, with no real update or resolution.

And now, shockingly, I’m told that “the sweets will be spoiled so ask the recipient to throw” — seriously? Then what exactly was the point of the order? The whole purpose of sending rakhis with sweets has been completely ruined. Raksha Bandhan is over, the rakhis were never delivered, and the sweets are now inedible. This is beyond disappointing — it's completely unprofessional.

I am demanding a full refund within one day, and proper compensation for this entire mess. A festive gift ruined, zero accountability, and now asking the recipient to throw the spoiled sweets? Unacceptable.

I would not recommend anyone to use their services. I had placed order on 31st July for the delivery on 9th August for the occasion of Rakhi. Today is 11th August and order hasn't been delivered. Upon contacting them over Chat, I got a response it was dispatched via Blue Dart and they provided me with a tracking # to chase.....Such a PATHETIC service and customer support. Highly disappointed!
AND Worst of all, their webpage won't let you write a bad review.....Complete disgrace

There Same Day Delivery option is so good that I ordered yesterday and my sister got the Rakhi today at Mumbai..

Ordered my Rakhis 4 days ago, No show till today. I requested to deliver on same day. Dont trust thier same day delivery. After sending so many emails, no response. Today is Rakhi and I am so far away from my brothers, couldn't send them Rakhi, feeling broken. Last 24 hours they are not even responding to any emails. Since 7th Morning courier status is showing shipped, nothing else. No refund no parcel. Please do not use this service. Don't trust them

Ordered my Rakhis on 3rd , I requested to deliver them on 6th August. After sending so many emails and what app messages , no response. Today is Rakhi and I am so far away from my brothers, couldn't send them Rakhi, feeling broken. Last 24 hours they are not even responding to any emails or whatsapp messages. On Chat there representatives are so rude. Repeatedly saying samething we will update you ASAP. Since 7th Morning courier status is showing reached parcel in Delhi... wondering how many month the parcel will take to reach Gurgaon. No refund no parcel. Please do not use there service.

Very bad experience with this company! Will not recommend them at all. I placed an order for my uncle 2 days ago for delivery and on the day, thry said delivery is from 1 to 6pm which was fine. But when I contacted them about where the delivery has reached they said they cant reach the delivery team! How is this company managing delivery logistics? They say they do not do time based delivery. Then what is the use of ordering for the gift to reach after the celebration day is finished? Finally the part time delivery guy called at 6pm saying he will only reach by 7pm and started crying requesting not to cancel the order and this information my mother at 70+ had to gather herself after high level of anxiety of not knowing when the gift will arrive.

When so many providers are able to deliver same day delivery with proper time slots, in comparison, giftstoindia247 is very poor service.

Delayed promised delivery by 7 days. Courier in Kerala lied about attempting delivery earlier; took a few phone calls before it finally arrived. (The one star was for the fact that all the ordered items were in the parcel!) Complaint to Payal and Ravi were fobbed off; Ravi actually hung up on me when I questioned him about the false information. He couldn’t care less; as far as he was concerned the item had been delivered and it was not his problem anymore! Pathetic but fairly typical behaviour!

We ordered dozen mangoes to my mother on Mother’s Day 2025. My mother’s has passed by and mom is still not received the present. I tried calling with no response. I am very disappointed with the service. I will NOT use this service again.

Giving one star as no option to give zero. I ordered flowers be delivered on valentine day 3 days in advance and planned whole event around that. I double checked that they will deliver on valentine day at thebgiven address. On the valentine day , i get the message thatbthey can notndeliver it! And customer service was HOPELESS unapologetic and no empathy at all.

i had placed an order for flowers and cakes,customer service was guiding at every point and orders were delivered on time.

I recently ordered flowers for my parents who live in India and it was something that was available on the website and they send me a message on the day of delivery saying that they do not have the particular flowers in stock which made it impossible for me to send the flowers that my mom really loves From a different vendor on the same day I do not know why they advertise flowers that they do not carry and then they don’t bother to tell the customer in advance so they can make alternative arrangements for someone’s birthday or anniversary. This would be important. I will no longer use them so disappointed. I chose them because they had the particular exotic flowers that my parents enjoy.

i am from Shimla and I ordered Flowers twice. i wanted flowers to be delivered along with a short message.
unfortunately they fail to deliver the messages with the flower.
on my second request i contacted them on their whatsapp number where they asked what i wanted to be written on the message.

All i got was that they tried their Best. Can't even write a 3 line message even after giving their Best.

Shabby packaging, order of fresh fruit basket comes In grocery filthy bag , flowers are stale and half of them are missing ,basket is no where close to shown in the website

I will never go for this company ever. I would suggest no one should go. They dont see the emotions or feelings when we send parcel for our dear ones. I have placed order for Rakhi on the 02nd August and should be deliver by 15th ....they have delivered on 16th fair enough i am still ok with it but in that parcel there is no Rakhi and when asked they are saying I have to wait for 24hrs to resolve the issue. I got 2brothers so I got similar Rakhi - one Ferrero, Cashew, Barfi & Rakhi Combo ( and for 1 rakhi I have paid separately 200Rs).
If not deliver before rakhi I will never choose this company.

I have been a loyal customer of GiftstoIndia24x7 for several years, and while their delivery timing has always been reliable, the manner in which they conduct deliveries has become a significant issue. I live in the US and frequently order flowers for my elderly parents in India to celebrate their birthdays and anniversaries. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions, the delivery personnel have insisted on taking a photograph with my parents during the delivery.

The word 'insist' is an understatement; they simply refuse to leave until this demand is met. My parents, both senior citizens, feel extremely uncomfortable with this aggressive approach. What should be joyful occasions have become a source of dread for them, to the point where they now ask me not to send anything at all.

I even left explicit instructions with my most recent order, requesting that they refrain from asking for a photograph. My objection isn't about the photo itself—it's about respecting my parents' privacy and comfort. Sadly, the company's disregard for these concerns reflects poorly on their business culture and customer service. What was once a positive experience has turned into a distressing one - for my parents and for me.There are several options to deliver gifts - especially ones that are harassment free and those that respect their customers' privacy and space.

My recent experience with GiftsToIndia24x7.com was a frustrating one, leaving my relatives disappointed and me feeling cheated. I placed an order for 10 items to be delivered to my loved ones in India. While some items arrived, crucially missing were two significant gifts totaling nearly Rs 3,000: a Bumtum Baby and a 2-in-1 Carrom Board & Snake and Ladders set.

This incomplete delivery not only ruined the intended surprise and joy for my relatives but also caused financial loss. Despite repeated attempts to follow up with customer service, I encountered nothing but delays and a complete lack of helpfulness. I had placed an order of chocolate cake and mixed roses (red, white, pink) but what was delivered was some crappy orange cake and red roses. They don't care about customers. I sent them proof of what was delivered even then no action was taken nor did they accept their fault. I am not using their service again, its a scam. Once they get their money, they wouldn't care about customer satisfaction and quality. I couldn't give them 0 star, hence that 1 star. If you are looking for good quality products and value for your money then please don't use their service.
