I really like this store - they're really really quick! I've only had to contact support once after five orders and they're much faster at responding than a lot of online companies out there.

Love the convenience of online ordering and this was super easy to get cards for gifts and for myself!

I have purchased more than 15 times Google Play card on site and never had any problem.

Great company to get Gift Cards with. I bought my (4) $5 Steam Cards with no issues. There is a lot of verification for newcomers but they are in place to keep the fake people and bots out from ruining the service. I will be a continuous buyer with Giftnix, now that I know how fat their delivery service is.

I ran down to the wire with a present for my boyfriend and decided to get him an Xbox gift card for his birthday. My purchasing experience with Giftnix was great. The ordering process was a breeze, and when they asked for identity verification on my purchase that was easy to do too. Once everything was verified, I got my card! The whole process took about 20 minutes. I'll definitely come here for more gift cards when the time comes!

Wow, had a few successful transactions on this site and then I make a $20 order and they demanded ID selfies a retinal scan and some blood samples! Well, the id and pictures yes but I'm sure the latter are next. All this they decide to tell me after they take my payment and hold it forever so I can't buy a card somewhere else in the meantime. Very annoying. Then I get a response that's it's because Its such a large transaction... $20?! come on, don't you understand why this pisses people off. That's why this company does not have a five star rating and never will. Why settle for less and go with them? Especially when there are way better options available I now have found.

Fast, Reliable, and Trustworthy company! I highly recommend their services, especially if living outside the USA! I have to travel a lot and using gift cards helps with maintaining a credit balance on my account for instant purchases!

Since I live far from most major stores buying gift cards is usually a hassle.... However Giftnix has made everything so much easier and I now can get everything I need FAST! Thank you giftnix for the amazing support and service!

The verification process is unreal. Nowhere on the website are under the conditions does it mention anything about taking a photo ID and emailing it to them after everything is already verified. It was paid with PayPal. That's the reason you use PayPal. Now they won't refund our money filing complaint with Attorney General's office.

Scam Website. I made an order then was asked to verify my paypal email which does not make any sense. When one uses a paypal credit card, the paypal account is automatically verified. Any further requirements to verify is a waste of user's time. After this paypal email verification, it then prompts the requirement to manual verify using picture ID and photograph of self holding paper with order number written down. Why jump through so many hoops? No where on your website, not even your terms and conditions/services saids I need to provide a photo ID to place an order and the only reason giftnix requires this of any one is so they can sell your info.

Update: You updated your website then you wrote your response. Seriously, can you try harder? Please understand that I can purchase digital or physical items elsewhere such as ebay and have not had the type of stipulations you placed on the customer. Actually, I was asked to do more than just send you an email from your paypal email address to show I had access to my paypal account. If I am writing your support from the same email address as paypal, then what other proof do I need? If you say you don't have any emails from me, then how did you find this post to reply to in the first place? Seriously, you suck!

Wonderful service, received my gift cards instantly. I have used numerous others in the past, but Giftnix was very fast compared to Target, etc.
