I was supposed to receive a £155 gift card as part of my Vodafone broadband order within 120 days, however this time has elapsed and still no sight of it. I have raised ticket, sent emails chasing. All I got was an email stating I'd receive a response within 48 hours but it has been weeks now. No contact with them is possible whatsoever. Feel scammed as this was the main reason I chose this package.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, I really feel as if I have been scammed. I purchased Vodafone broadband via price comparison site on 3rd December and as part of ‘the deal’ a £150 M&S gift card. (And if not received after 120 days to email GIFTCLOUD.) On the 1st April, I emailed asking where it was and giving my details. I received the standard automatic email saying they were very busy and I would hear soon. (my ref number 643***.)On 7th April I received ANOTHER email issuing me a SECOND ref 644***….with standard email AGAIN saying they were busy. (I have no idea which reference to work from now.) I feel absolutely conned by them. I do hope Giftcloud reads this and takes action. Now 130 days after purchase and I am still waiting for my gift card.

UPDATED 16/4/2026 I have received a response from gift cloud and finally received my voucher. Thank you gift cloud for responding at last! I have added an extra star as now resolved.

Do not use this company

Update, giftcloud emailed me today to inform me my voucher was now ready to claim, and apologised for the delay stating they’ve been very busy of late. So voucher claimed very happy, thanks giftcloud.com you’ve redeemed yourself 👍🏻.
Do not use this company, this company is poorly operated, they don’t respond to the customer queries when you send an email/request form, it just comes back with an email explaining how busy they are and it may take some time to come back to you. In my opinion I think this company just get you to take out your contract through them by promising the reward vouchers, then hope you forget about it in the 120 days you have to wait. Also they make the process very hard to follow for claiming your voucher and trying to speak to someone is impossible, I’ve raised a complaint with Vodafone as this looks like it’s affiliated with Vodafone ( this is not the case), hopefully Vodafone will put a stop to this false advertising.

I cannot access my gift card it says…

I cannot access my gift card it says email is wrong and so I try putting phone number instead and it says that is wrong. I’ve tried lots of times and email and phone number are correct. How am I supposed to claim my £15 gift card reward. This gift card was from Moneysupermarket.

How can you just ignore people?

I signed up to vodaphone and was promised a gift card. I contacted them after the order and was advised to wait 120 days, which I did. I emailed them after the 120 days on 27th March an still have not received a reply or the giftcard. I have sent multiple emails, raised multiple support questions and nothing. Really poor customer service considering I waited as asked.

Avoid

Signed up to Vodafone broadband and was eligible for a £155 voucher. Emailed Giftcloud as I did not receive the voucher. Was told that my order tracked but I was still within the 120 days. I waited until the 120 days was up and have not received a reply dispite multiple emails to them.

£155 Gift Card not received

I still have not received a response to my complaint from 16 March, now 4 weeks ago.

I purchased Vodafone broadband package via MSE website with the offer of £155 gift card. My broadband was installed 11 November, so my gift card should have been sent as per terms and conditions of sign-up 11 March latest. I still have not received the gift card and had no response from Giftcloud.

I am surprised Martin Lewis still allows Vodafone / Giftcloud partnership advertised on their website as part of their broadband deals, when the advertised gift card never arrives, as it seems to be just a scam.

I was due a £100 gift card on 31st March for getting broadband through sky in Dec 2025. Received nothing so sent through a request on their online platform. Nothing apart from an initial automated response. Couple of chases and no response.
Shame that only by writing a review here have some people got resolutions. It states 48 hour response time, not at all true!

Promised a £130 voucher, received nothing but broken commitments — now escalating formally

**This is my second review — my first was removed after Giftcloud promised a resolution that never came.**

I signed up to Vodafone broadband in November 2025 via a promotion that included a £130 reward voucher through Giftcloud. Four months later, I still haven't received it.

After months of silence, I raised a support ticket on 19th March (ref: 639501) — no response, not even an acknowledgement. I left a Trustpilot review, and only then did Giftcloud reply, promising the voucher would arrive within 24 hours.

It didn't.

I have now raised formal complaints with Vodafone and MoneySupermarket and am actively pursuing this through the Communications Ombudsman and consumer protection channels. This is no longer a matter I am willing to leave unresolved.

If you are considering signing up to a deal that involves a Giftcloud reward, be aware that fulfilment is unreliable, customer support is non-existent unless you go public, and even then their promises mean nothing. Do not trust a deal that relies on Giftcloud to deliver.

Why enter a partnership when you never…

Why enter a partnership when you never ever deliver on what you promise.

Every single time (just on 10 occasions) I purchase a holiday and use my blue light card, this company offers either £25 or £30 e gift card. Over the years you have advised you'll respond within 30 days after returning home from holiday to receive said gift card, then it went to 60 days and now you advertise 90 days.

Currently I'm now approaching 170 days and I'm astounded how you can leave people hanging. Don't offer the incentive if you can't deliver. Out of principle I'll continue to email this company every few days until I receive what was promised.

I had a very bad experience with giftcloud

I had a very poor experience with Giftcloud.

I was due a £130 reward after switching to Vodafone broadband on 31 October 2025. After the 120-day activation period passed, I contacted Giftcloud on 26 March 2026 and sent multiple follow-up emails, but received no response at all.

Giftcloud’s complete lack of communication and failure to respond to repeated emails is disappointing and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not rely on them to deliver promotional rewards.

I have waited over 120 days, and tried to contact them through their hello@giftcloud email and have not heard anything back despite following up twice and sharing my token, broadband activation date, order number etc… it’s a scam. Another disappointment from giftcloud

It’s been over 3 days since they replied to my review below saying I’d receive my giftcard within 24hrs. I can confirm I haven’t received anything.

My recommendation to people looking to sign contracts with the promise of GiftCloud giftcards stay the same, AVOID. And to companies looking to use GiftCloud services, I suggest you avoid too unless you want unhappy customers.

I ordered the vodafone internet with…

I am amending my review to 3 stars as they have now given me the giftcard although unfortunately only when I did this review. I ordered the vodafone internet with the £150 voucher from giftcloud being one of the main reasons. It has now gone way past the 120 days and the voucher is no where to be seen. I have raised a ticket 643431 which has not been replied to in over a week despite their suggested 48 hour reply time. Very frustrating as no other method to get in contact.

Bought an iPhone 17 through carphone warehouse through a £50 gift card promotional offer in January. Waited well past the 60 day mark suggested in the confirmation email. No gift card. Created a support ticket with no reply in nearly a month. And no replies to follow up email.
