I have waited since January of this year to receive my gift card worth £130 for switching broadband to Vodafone. No emails or any contact from them, I am very frustrated as this is the entire reason i... See more

While Drew and Luex from support were very helpful, the reward system is broken.
I waited the mandatory 120 days, only to receive nothing. I specifically planned to utilise this voucher for an upcoming event. Since I have fulfilled my end of the contract, I expect my voucher to be sent to me today. Customers should not be penalised for your system errors.
When I chased it, I was told your automated tracking failed and I must now wait up to 20 more days for "manual verification." This is unacceptable. Vodafone does not need to manually confirm anything. I have an active account and have paid my bills on time every single month.

As part of a segment on Martin Lewis’ MoneySavingExpert, I was told I would get a £50 Amazon voucher for signing up for a fuel deal. After months of chasing this, well after the deadline for them to provide, they now don’t even bother answering emails.
Don’t bother engaging with these people
The reply that this company has given to me, see below, adds insult to injury because I have been told on many occasions that it’s coming in 7 to 10 working days then five days now another five days this is just a scam!

Still waiting fir Anazon £50 gift voucher. Was promised either 24 hours or 5 days depending on who you believe. This has been going on for months, brick wall on horizon!!

Signed up for a broadband cashback offer in January. Received confirmation it had tracked correctly - their words, not mine. Then nothing.
120 days came and went. Chased support. Got a quick initial reply explaining it may not have tracked (contradicting their own confirmation email), promising a manual review with the broadband provider, and asking for "up to 20 working days" patience. That was weeks ago. Since then? Complete radio silence.
This is how the scheme works: they benefit from the affiliate commission the moment you sign up, then make the reward painful enough to claim that most people give up. Buried timelines, vague "tracking issues", and a support team that goes dark the moment any work starts.
Over Six months in. £120 outstanding. Zero resolution.
This isn't an incentive platform - it's an affiliate revenue scheme dressed up as one, and they benefit solely from you using their referral link to line their own pockets.
Stay well clear!

I was promised my Amazon gift card would arrive within 24 hours/5days depending on which reply you believe. Still waiting, can anyone give me some good news?

Was told I was gonna receive my £50 Amazon gift voucher 24hours after the 28th of may 2026. it’s been more then a week and I still haven’t received it

I opened a First Direct bank account - I was stupidly drawn in by the offer of a voucher. The 75-day window came and went. I submitted a support ticket with proof and after a wait for them to check with First Direct, they replied to confirm I would receive my voucher in 7-10 working days. Those days have well and truly passed and now my emails are being ignored. Tickets 648727 + 658283. They clearly don't want to give these vouchers out judging by other reviews - scam?? Extremely disappointed and will be looking to take it further.
Edit: I'll believe when I see it.

Absolute SCAM! - you believe you’re entering your contract with whatever provider in my case Vodaphone - never got the gift card - emailed three times - first2 - was told they were busy & I would get the reward soon - month later emailed again - to be told they had sent the voucher - & it had not been claimed - so was no longer valid - phoned Vodaphone- who wanted nothing to do with it - stating that I had gone into the contract via giftcloud who is a 3 party - eventually got my contract cancelled with out charge - but a pretty stressful experience all round
Gift cloud have responded to my trust pilot review- amazingly quicker than my emails to them - they have my email name & number

Giftcloud ticket 652875, changed to First Direct in February with the promise of a £50 Amazon voucher. The up to 75 day wait period was up on 11 May, and various emails to Giftcloud confirmed eligibility and and promised the voucher within 10 days of 20 May. Like many others, I am still waiting, and getting no response now from Giftcloud. Appalling, and I would say fraudulent.

Similar experience to many others on here, I joined First Direct Bank back in February and was expecting a £50 voucher from Giftcloud as part of the sign up promotion.
The voucher never arrived after the 75 day validation period had passed so I contacted Giftcloud who said they would look into it , they replied on 20/05/2026 to say the voucher had been approved and that I would receive it within 7 to 10 working days but here we are 13 working days later and still no sign of my £50.
I've emailed support but it seems I'm now on the ignore list as they've stopped replying.

You will not get any cash back reward through this platform. I had opened a ticket for them to look into why my giftcard is not received and its been over a month they keep saying we are looking into this for you but nothing happens. Avoid

While I appreciate the acknowledgement, I am disappointed that after four months I am still waiting for a £50 reward that should have been issued much earlier. The explanation provided remains very general, and I have not received a clear resolution date.
I would appreciate a specific update on ticket #652558 and confirmation of when the voucher will be issued. Once the reward has been received, I will be happy to update my review accordingly.
I opened a first direct account in February and was due to receive a £50 gift voucher after the 120-day qualifying period. Once that period had passed, I contacted Giftcloud and was advised that, due to a disruption, my details needed to be submitted to the brand for manual verification, which could take up to a further 20 working days!
I later received a notification stating that my ticket was being closed, with the option to reopen it by replying within 48 hours! Unfortunately, I was away at the time and missed that deadline. I replied as soon as I became aware of the closure, explaining the situation, but I have not received any response since. There is no contact number so unable to speak with anyone. It has now been 4 months so could someone please review ticket #652558 and provide an update on the status of my £50 voucher?

Just searched Giftcloud directed me here
Same as the other users. After signing up to a first direct account, I did not receive the £50 gift voucher advertised within the 70 day time frame. Once this passed I contacted gift cloud and after a while they said I did qualify for the voucher and would send it to me within 10 working days. That’s now passed and they have not responded to my last email. If someone from giftcloud wants to reach out to me, my ticket number is 651018

Lack of communication. Signed up to Sky Broadband middle of October 2025. Completed necessay information. Still waiting for £100.00 gift voucher. Why do we have to wait so long after the 120 days?
