I only ordered these since they were for special birthdays. Both cards being sent to the same address but charged separate shipping fees unless I upgrade to premium shipping at a ton of money. Why couldn’t they both be shipped together ????

Good luck getting someone who speaks…
Good luck getting someone who speaks clear English on their website. I called bc my card was charged the amount of the gift card, but never got a link to the giftcard and the customer service folks for Lowe’s giftcard weren’t able to help so unfortunately I had to guess, which wasn’t easy since there was so much background noise. I finally asked them to just reply yes or no if my issue could be resolved. Last time ordering through them.

Horrid experience
Horrid experience. Remarkably inconvenient to use the Visa giftcards that we were given by our well-intentioned parents. So few sites accept split payments, so good luck spending up to but not over the amount on the card - and yes, it has to be used online only. Absolutely terrible.
