Poor Customer Service even the review process is poor
My original order was canceled. I never received notification of it being canceled. When I tried to contact customer service it was all AI and no actual customer service. I wanted a personalized gift card so my options were limited. If not, I would have used another service. Not satisfied with the overall experience.
