I placed an order for the Divine Caprese Isles Culinary Box but did not receive an order confirmation email and became concerned after reading the reviews, however the company made contact with me and provided proof of postage with DHL and tracking details.
My Sister in Law in Milan received the basket and was absolutely delighted with it. It was exactly as described on the website, she said it was very luxurious food and wine. So I am very happy and would highly recommend.

Order for an 80 Euro gift basket never delivered to my friend in Monza (Italy). Though I am a registered user there was no way to track the order and the site forgets the order as soon as it is paid for - so the user can no longer see it. I ordered and paid on 8 Dec and have email to see why gift never delivered - it's now Feb 2023 and no help from them.

SCAM website, no delivery, no response from contacting them via the online form they have. Avoid.
I'm not expecting ever to be able to get a refund. If you do want to try use this please make sure you use a payment method where you can force a refund.

Not what it says on the tin- beware!
Ordered a £80 gift basket for my sister in law Christmas present in the dolomites and she was delivered a very poor substitute of what was ordered= we checked what was delivered and it cost less than half the price of what we paid for.
Tried to contact them but no rep!y

Terrible experience. I ordered a gift basket for my dads 65th birthday for 220 USD. No delivery was made despite deduction of money for it and no communication about any delays. Have been struggling to get a refund. There are also no contact phone numbers in this company. I would avoid at all cost. Seems to be a scam.

The only review I can give is as the person who placed the order. As the recipients were close family members in Italy and I am in Canada, they called and messaged us thanking us (so they obviously received it). On that basis, I know this a legitimate and not a phantom company. I cannot attest to how the basket looked as it was sent in sympathy for my uncle’s passing and not a subject to ask. The delivery time was 2 days ahead than scheduled. In a lockdown country, 2 days was a fantastic delivery time. My only issues were no response to my question and no phone number or location address on their main website. They are real though and they fulfilled ahead of projected delivery date. I will use them again.

Probably a scam. They did not deliver my order and do not respond to queries.
