Men rushed through the removal, did not fill out paperwork adequately, items went missing which they refused to acknowledge or take responsibility for loss due to the fact that the paperwork had not been filled out properly by their employees. Damaged furniture on move. Despite adding several things to the move I still did not fill the allocated space in the truck which I was quoted for, They did not charge me extra for the extra boxes and tried to make out they were doing me a favor however I still did not even fill the allotted space quoted for. Several things were damaged during the move. They were rude when we tried to broach the subject with them and they stopped contact entirely. Would not recommend if you want your belongings protected and moved with care.

Caused thousands of dollars worth of damage when they backed into our neighbours gate (destroyed it) and also destroyed our front garden by driving over all the HUGE plants. DO NOT USE. UNPROFESSIONAL. INCOMPETENT. LIARS.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! We looked around for a few days trying to find a good quality business that we could trust. We thought we had found that with giffen removals as they seemed like they ran things smoothly and on time. Everythings seemed like it was going great, Matt promised us our belongings would be picked up on time and dropped off within a reasonable time. The day before we were set to relocate the truck driver rang us and told us he could either pick up our stuff that day or not at all. That didnt suit us as we still needed our bed until the day we were leaving. Matt did find us another truck but they were scheduled to pick up our stuff 30 minutes before we needed to be at the airport. Needless to say it was extremely stressful. We got exactly what we were trying to avoid! A company that contracts jobs out to other businesses. When we originally set up this job with matt he said we could pay on delivery, however the day our belongings were set to arrive matt texted us and told us if we didnt pay him the rest of the amount immediately he would cancel the job and the truck wouldnt arrive. We paid him but because the money didnt arrive into his account immediately, he rang us and hurled abuse at us about how we were lying to him and he was going to get debt collectors onto us. He stuffed us around and then treated us as if we were the ones in the wrong. I've never seen a business owner act in such a disgusting, unproffessional manner and we are so glad this whole ordeal is over! The business he hired to move our stuff (Faulkner removals) were absolutely amazing and we will be using them in the future!
