Avoid.
Ordered a table through a third party company and was delivered directly from giatalia. Table was damaged and the extension does not function properly. Company put me in touch with giatalia directly who said they would send a replacement part but are now ignoring my emails. This has been ongoing for 3 months now. Avoid anything that is branded and shipped by them.

The Company have provided me with the most excellent service. They responded very quickly to my enquiry and their service was over and above the usual level of customer service one expects. Poor service and no care for customers
Tracking 60014610900. The disappointment continue, nothing new. I bought a table got it delivered by GIATALIA. The delivery guy from GIATALIA just dropped next the curb. Didn't give me time to check it. Didn't got it to the house and was unprofessional and rude. He left two pallets outside my house that I need to pay 50£ to get it removed.
No care or professionalise I got on this experience. Never using them again.
