Don't use Giant Buyer
Ordered a TV from the website (with free delivery 1 - 2 days). The money went from the account. Two days later I received an email asking for a proof of address via FAX... Apart from being 2 days late I had no problem with this as I'd had similar requests from other smaller companies. From then I heard nothing. After 3 days I began to ring, email, fax and post to the company. Didn't hear anything until 2 weeks later when they answered my call and agreed to refund my money as they never had and had no intention of getting the TV in stock. The money was eventually refunded to me.. Worst customer service ever.
