They do not have good customer service or customer support.

Your program on the website billed me for 2 devices when I called to get my money back on one of the products (yet to be received) they were not able to do so until I return the product. DO NOT purchase the product they use AI for everything including the customer support. I am out almost $300. Still waiting for the product so that I can return, this was ordered over 3 weeks ago, looks like it is coming from Hong Kong.

My shopping experience

I don’t enjoy the extra add on pop ups after I push pay and it gets approved I like to breathe easy I just spent over $100 I don’t have the money for all the add on and it really sours the experience for me. Cunning 'auto renew' system.

Cunning 'auto renew' system verging on a scam. NO warning that they will be renewing the charge and NO way to stop it or refund even if it's just one day later than the date. Plus it doesn't work that well. I would recommend STARLINK way above this shady system.

CS didn't listen when I told them…

CS didn't listen when I told them received 2, and spoke with them 11 days prior about the error which they said they would fix but didn't. I thought the customer was always right!
