Really disappointing service

Really disappointed with the service from Presto (Mother Terresa). Meals often arrive very late. Wrong meals are common and the quality and presentation of the meals is now often very very random. We have tried to work with the senior management team to get things back on track but they are 100% uninterested. Now looking at alternative suppliers to provide this service. Previously the service from Mother Teresa was a 5 star service but since the merger with Presto the service has fallen of a cliff. Really concerning when vulnerable people are involved.
