Terrible product I purchased ones two…

Terrible product I purchased ones two years ago and the bad broke after 8 months completely broken into two pieces.
Thinking I could have done something wrong I invested in another medical silicone band only to have the second band break in the same place after 13 months. Then only to find the customer service department to be completely demeaning and inconsiderate. This was determined after many attempts via voice mail, email, and one actual conversation.
Very bad company to deal with BAD PRODUCT and arrogant employees.
If you just want to waste your money and then be intimated and ignored buy a MyID product.

Myiq will scam more than you sign for

A total financial scam - they say the charge is .50c but take €25.00 unauthorised . They refuse to refund abd just send bot replies. They operate under several versions - don’t do anything with these fraudsters

Bad start

So far, really not impressed. I received the ID bracelet and ID card because I joined MASA. Get my ID sent me the bracelet and card with the wrong name, by leaving the S off of my last name. If they can’t even get my name right, what are they gonna do with the rest of my information?

Cloud-based medical ID bracelet

The MyID service is a cloud-based update on the old medical bracelet idea. I wanted something where emergency personnel could find identifying information and medical information online. I purchased a bracelet for my father-in-law, and we entered all his medical information online linked to his bracelet. The bracelet we got (the "MyID Sleek Medical ID Bracelet" was expensive ($34.95 at full price) but good quality. There is no further cost to the MyID service (no monthly or annual fees) UNLESS you want to upload medical documents to the website. So far seems good ... remains to be seen if medical personnel will recognize and act on the MyID bracelet, but it seems like a good start. Seems like a good idea in any event to collect and store all of my father-in-law's medical info (doctors, contact info, medications, medical history) online so that we can access it or direct someone to it, even if they don't see the MyID bracelet at first.
