I have been using Mailbird for years after being a fan of Microsoft Outlook (due to my work). I was attracted to Mailbird and over the years, I have seen that the product has improved over time. I can only congratulate the entire team, always listening to user requests for help, and the developers for the evolution they are making the product undergo. Congratulations again and continue to improve a product that I love.

Troubles ….. Andrew Mojko is the answer!
I ran in to trouble several times about different issues. I submitted a ticket to support and I was lucky enough to get a response from Andrew Mojko. I explained my issues with my parents email account with Mailbird and that issue was immediately taken on to fix by Andrew. After that issue I came up against another issue that I submitted another ticket for. Andrew picked up that support ticket as well. He gives me the help I need and guidance to clear up the second issue. As my luck would have it, I had one last issue and once again, Andrew came to my rescue. I can’t say enough about how great of a support person he is and how cordial he is while he is doing it. I wish every company out there had nothing but Andrews working on their support systems. He was amazing and helpful, and so nice and polite. I would recommend his support for absolutely any support that you may need for Mailbird. Mailbird is very lucky to have him!

Comment on the Mailbird email client…
I have been using the Mailbird email client almost since it started 10 years ago or more. Recently, due to an error which was eventually found to have been caused by my ISP, I had to revert to a third party's email services very basic client for a while which was awful to say the least! Thankfully I am now back on track, after contacting the Mailbird help department, and help from Shubham the operative who picked up my original request. Apart from the fact that it is a joy to use, its customer service proved to be excellent, friendly and very helpful. This is the only the second time I have had to approach them during the last 10 years, for minor glitches anyway, so that speaks for itself. If you want a super email client, I highly recommend it!
A terrific email app.
This third party email service is one I've been using for years on all my computers and laptops. Apart from the fact that it is a joy to use its customer service is brilliant should something you can't work out or go wrong and all tech goes wrong occasionally. They reply quickly and knowledgeable and are helpful. Highly recommend it.

Excellent Software, Responsive Team
Mailbird's email product is very well designed and works virtually flawlessly. Importantly, I believe it is more secure than the Microsoft Outlook product I had been using, which copies data to the cloud. With Mailbird, all data is stored locally. In addition, the support team responds quickly and thoroughly. I'm happy that I switched.

I really like Mailbird and have no plans to change
I have used Mailbird for several years now. There were some teething problems at the start, but they are long behind us. Mailbird has continued to innovate and now works with numerous outside platforms to bring a very broad experience. I don't use most of these, but they are available if needed and few, if any, other mail companies provide the broad range of interfaces that Mailbird does.
A few issues have cropped up over the years, mostly due to Microsoft. Regardless, Mailbird has always responded within a day to my requests for help and has always followed up within another day regardless of the issue or cause. Their technical staff really knows their stuff and can explain it on a layman's level, making information and troubleshooting techniques easy to follow. We have never had an issue on Mailbird's end that wasn't resolved within a day. Again, most have been on Microsoft's end and a few have been Google issues.
I don't get marketing or junk mail. I do receive timely and easy to install updates. I have referred numerous others to Mailbird and those who have tried it have stayed with Mailbird.
The interface is flexible and easy to setup, I can make as many folders and subfolders as I need, messages are easy to sort and categorize, and the interface is pretty fast. Rarely does a download take more than a few seconds.
I have tried a number of email platforms over the years. I really like Mailbird, I like the support I receive, I am very comfortable with the platform, and I have no interest in looking elsewhere.
If you take a look at Mailbird, you probably will stay with them.
