issue resolve!

On November 30th I place my order on Mercari and the site says that within 3 days I will receive my merchandise, It was not truth after 8 days trying to contact them, phone calls left messages with no luck.
GetHuman suggested I post my complain on Facebook, which I did it. Less than half an hour later Mercari called me. They cancelled the transaction and will refund my money. Thank you GetHuman for your advice.

GetHuman Needs a lot of Work...

If you're reading this, you've probably figured out that most of the other reviews have nothing to do with GetHuman.com. GetHuman is a great idea for a website that directs users to customer service representatives for all types of brands some of which include Nike, Amazon, Apple, and more.

The unfortunate part about GetHuman is that the site is often outdated, glitchy, and unhelpful. There are some cool ideas for features that allow users to input their cellphone number to digitally "wait in line" for a customer service rep. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. There's also no way to submit corrections or suggestions for getting in touch with other companies.

Overall great idea, but the site needs a lot of work.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Advertised as a free service but the first thing they want is $5 and cc details. Avoid these crooks and don’t give cc into. These sorts of cons really annoy me

The "human" in GetHuman is a LIE!!!!

I was trying to contact UPS. My computer was on, my phone was on, and both with full sound. FOUR TIMES they claimed they had called me to connect me with a waiting operator and they LIED!!!!!! There's not even a human at get human!

I spoke with Human at Amazon Today!! 🙏🏽

Hmmmmm, I guess this service must be compared to playing the lottery. I was one of the lucky ones finally after a disaster trying to get in touch with Amazon found a number on their website and was able to sort out the Amazon mess; therefore, I am grateful! Now, if only you guys would post a customer support number for freaking Facebook??!!!! 👍🏽💪🏾🙏🏽

I wanna go home to Australia (from Nice)

I booked a flight from Nice to Melbourne with StudentUniverse. They notified me the Melbs leg of the trip was cancelled and asked would I like travel credits or a refund. I told them I wanted the trip rebooked so I could finally get home. It took many emails to finally find someone who rescheduled my flight. Unfortunately, the Dohar-Melbs leg was again cancelled (because of Australian Govt regs restricting incoming international flights). But no one told me! I discovered it when I was checking the status the 3 legs of the flight. I again tried emailing StudentUniverse and Qatar Airways but neither of them responded. GetHuman gave me some links and email addresses that I didn't have and weren't on the website, but even these weren't responded to.
With 2 days to departure, I was frantic. I finally rang Qatar Airways. After a long period on hold, the representative rescheduled my flight for 3 weeks after the cancelled flight. I complained about not receiving a response to my numerous emails to their Help Desk, Customer Service and freaky flyer co ordinator. She said it was best to phone the airline directly as they aimed to resolve any problems during that call.
Unfortunately I won't be using Student Universe again for bookings. I have issues with Expedia, but at least you can get a response from them if something goes wrong.

Gotta teach GetHuman to contact GetHuman.com

Had an delivery issue with FedEx. Looked to GetHuman to help me contact FedEx. Welp, I got zero result from GH - which is fine, its a free svc and I gave it a try. But now I’m getting automated text msgs fromGH at 1:30am!!! Seriously?!

I ended up calling them again and staying on hold for an hour and a half, but got the issue resolved finally. Even though I didn't end up needing your assistance, it was great to have someone to turn to who actually answered the phone promptly, took the time to listen, and even followed up with me afterwards! Thank you!
