Non waterproof waterproof jacket

Bought a waterproof jacket for my nephews birthday, it arrived later than the date stated had to chase it. When he used it water came through the jacket. Contact company several times sent pictures RADIO SILENCE. Tried ringing message information that I’m ringing outside of business hours it’s 1545, tried the shop same message. Then read they were in liquidation. So no hope of a refund.

Bought two items in store in late June

Bought two items in store in late June, had to order those items into store. The store has been temporarily closed since and I haven’t been refunded despite numberous emails to customer service.

Please assist, this level of service of no contact with customer service or an available phone number and not replying to emails is unacceptable.

I returned some boots as they were too…

I returned some boots as they were too small and requested a refund. When the refund didn’t materialise I went onto the website to see how I make contact and was horrified to see that the business has ceased trading! I’m livid I had no idea this company were having problems as obviously wouldn’t have ordered anything. I have tried emailing but no reply! Totally livid I may have lost £80.

Is there anybody out there?

After 4 weeks of not receiving my order I phoned and after 7 days it finally arrived. No apologies. However I need to return it as it is too small, but there is no response from the customer service emails and every time I phone it says I'm calling outside of office hours..... No response from anything. Can anyone help?

Ignore emails

Ordered heated grips and there was a delay in shipping, but when queried customer service was excellent.
Fast forward a few months and the grips have stopped working. Contacted Oxford and was told to contact get geared and they could sort a replacement.

Get geared have ignored my emails, avoiding the problem. Bit the bullet and ordered new ones elsewhere. Wouldn't use this company again.

Great if a purchase goes well, non existent when problems arise.

BEWARE FRAUDULENT

I ordered a motorbike jacket from GetGeared over a month ago and i am still waiting for it. I'm experiencing the same issues as other recent reviewers no response to emails and the phone goes unanswered, what they are doing is fraudulent and hopefully will result in some prison sentences.

Paid nearly £300 not recieved items

Ordered a new lid, pinlock and jacket beginning of the month. Lid arrived within a few days but no pinlock even though it says its been packed and i havent had an update on the jacket. Klarna are eventually going to make me pay for the full order as i chose to pay over 3 months but seeing reviews of people paying and not receiving item have been common.

I have tried contacting through email and phone but only getting automated response saying im calling during out of office hours no matter what time i call.

Has the company gone bump or done a runner. I want to know.

I’m waiting for my money back for a returned order, it’s been more than the 14 days get geared say to allow. I have emailed and tried to call.The phone goes to a recorded message saying I am calling outside office hours no matter what time of day I call. Has anyone else had the same problems?

AVOID! AVOID & AVOID

I made a purchase on behalf of my son 6 weeks ago guess what and still waiting!

Someone contacted me following my complaint to say they would be sending out my order next day delivery and no surprise here I am still waiting!

Now To find out the company has seized trading But clearly continuously happy to take my payments and it looks like everyone else’s payments.

Is this not theft? Shame on you GETGEARED!

Worst company I’ve ever ordered with!

Worst experience with a company I’ve ever had!
I ordered over £700 worth of stuff, only chose in stock items on their website and paid for express 2 day delivery. Only 2 of the items arrived and since then I’ve not had a single response to my emails and they do not answer the phone or the instant response tells you their offices are closed when they definitely aren’t! I have now been waiting over 2 weeks with no update whatsoever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Placed an order on the 27th June two day delivery service apparently, Received a email on the 6th July saying the goods (helmet/trousers) would be sent out soon still haven’t received them. The website says they are no longer taking orders you can’t speak to anyone they also stopped people commenting on their Facebook post seems like they are owe alot of people a refund. Only decent thing they done was stoped new orders from going through

!!!Avoid!!!

Not sure about all the positive reviews here. I'm experiencing same as most of other negative reviews here...

Ordered two items almost 2 months ago. One item delivered about 3 weeks after order, but still waiting for the second item. No updates and 0 response to my emails.

Never again will order from them. Avoid! This what I'm telling all my biker friends.

Made an online order and paid for it. When I asked when my delivery will be I was told some items out of stock. So I cancelled the whole order value £350.00, this was 2 weeks ago. I have asked for a refund via email many times but had no reply, tried to call the customer service number but it goes to automated machine saying its out of office hours ? I've called during the day Monday to Friday and still the same message. Where are the staff ? Where is my refund ? Why are you ignoring my emails ? I wouldn't recommend buying from this company for reasons stated above. I have had to report this to PayPal in the hope they can help me recover my money.

One month later, still nothing

I made an order a month ago and yet to have received any news about my order. I have tried to email their customer service, used their on-site chat bot, and have still not received a reply back. Ridiculous lack of customer service and entirely unacceptable lack of communication.

Half order arrived

I ordered a set of front and rear oxford paddock stands. They didnt have the stock so i had to wait from the 8th June until the 26th when it was dispatched. When the order arrived there was only 1 rear paddock stand and no front. Ive emailed and no response. Emailed again today and leaving a clear and honest review of my experience with this crowd.

We have responded to you on both occasions that you have contacted us. We have also explained over the phone. You went onto a listing which says 'front & rear stands'. On the product page it clearly states 'select your style' and offers you to choose either the front or the rear option before adding to the basket. The item that was added to your order was the rear. This is why you received this item.

When you go on to a listing for a jacket, you do not expect to receive all sizes of a jacket. This is the same principle for this item.

We have let you know that you can return the item to us using our free returns service if you are not happy with this and we will provide you with a full refund.
