I used them before and they were great, but sometimes you can only tell how a business truly is until there's a problem. Jan stepped in and was very helpful even though the problem had self-rectified. You can safely do business with this company.

Great service, fast shipping, beautiful presentation for a recent birthday gift.

Got some real bargains on sale in the black Friday sale. It was very well packaged which is important when ordering pouches and tins of malt extract. It arrived quicker from NI than from another company I ordered from that was far closer to me in England on the same day. Also received a lovely message back when I thanked them.

Okay, I have only placed the order - haven’t tried the products yet. Customer service was definitely evident. Placed two orders within minutes of each other, paying two separate delivery charges - my mistake. Sent a quick email through and had a speedy resolution, combining both orders and a refund of 1 delivery charge. Really happy how they dealt with this. Thanks guys!!

These guys are great. Started homebrewing 16 months ago and just received my 13th order from them yesterday. Most importantly, their all grain kits make really great beer. Have done over 20 brews of their lagers, stouts, IPA’s and ales and they’ve all been better than you would buy in the shop, even my very first brew. Settling on a few favourites of each but still trying others. Have bought quite a lot of equipment from them over time which have all helped in making the process and results better each time. They’ve also given me very valuable advice on equipment and the brewing process. They are very quick to dispatch orders, well packaged and usually arriving within 2 days (I’m in Dublin) and prices seem reasonable, especially for the all grain kits. Delivery cost very reasonable too, plus there are no duties coming in from the north. Can’t recommend them highly enough and have done to friends thinking of getting into homebrewing which is a very rewarding hobby.

Have been buying excellent, well priced Festival kits and gear from Geterbrewed for some time now. Recently decided to keg rather than bottle my beer. Jan of Geterbrewed went far above normal customer service to help with Regulator problems - of my own making!! My experience with Jan is a great example of what I have experienced from Geterbrewed. Have been dealing with this company over the last couple of months and everything I ordered arrived correctly & exceptionally fast. My last order was for a spare 33 litre bucket & tap however when fitting the tap I noticed a very small hairline crack eminating from the tap hole and thought it'll only worsen going forward. Sent an email and within hours I received a phone call from a staff member apologising, saying that he had a new bucket ready and asking if I needed anything else. Received the next day, perfect.

I had a difficulty getting two of one item. I couldn't understand why it said "out of stock" for my order and then said "in stock" when I checked back on the item.

I phoned in, spoke to Trevor, who was initially as confused as I seemed to be at the result I was getting.

But all ended well . . . there was only one item in stock!!!

Sent off my order late Tuesday afternoon, delivered in RoI on Thursday morning. Beat that!!!

I ordered 10Kg of pale malt which arrived in one sack I have no storage for malt so I will waste most of this .
I am a homebrew I cannot use 10 Kg in one brew.

Have been watching Get er brewed channel on YouTube and really like the laid back and seemingly honest approach. Decided to order an all in one brewing system from them and within 2 days my unit arrived to me here in west Wales. Can't fault it or their service. Thanks guys.

Always get a fast reply to emails with any issues or questions...

A lot of the equipment is very faulty like the pump. Follow the guides head snaps and you get told then no replacement parts. Even bought the parts for the pump separately

Peco bucket cracked almost instantly have to use it as a plant pot.

Grain mill that never worked a gorilla grain. They sent me a refund which I bout a mill from malt miller

The copper counter flow wort chiller developed a leak within a year. I had to replace this with one from the malt Miller. water in started to come from the beer out and the beer in came from the water in line.

then there's the yeast got one that was dead Used mass amount of grain ignorant people wouldn't even reply until I was abrupt to them. And I got yeast that was past its best before date still used it with no starter worked 100% fine. So I had all the faith in this company

This company point blank refuses to engage in complaints, I suspect its either because of my name or religious beliefs (racist or sectarian)

They also filter all the reviews amd only allow positive reviews so you will never ever get the correct review malt Miller has far better equipment than this lot

The company has also deleted the equipment I purchased to stop me going to the customer obusman or citizens advice

but I keep the receipts as well as the bank statements to prove these orders took place

this proves the level of lies and decit within the company there is at least AT LEAST 5 recipets missing within geterbrewed mainframe e.g when you log into your account go to order history in there they deliberately tampered with to stop the proof of purchase over equipment they kept the grain only orders... eg if the receipts has the pump on it that was deliberately deleted.

I pieced together a 4 vessel system full HERMES including a control panel using equipment from the malt Miller. Fabulous people easy to get on with. Even burnt a element out as I left it on by accident one night they sent one out the next day price for that replacement £0 this is the go to for equipment with fail.

Even when in communication with Deborah Mitchell from geterbrewed you can tell it was just a fob off

Put an online order in at about 3pm last day of our holiday in spain thinking couple of days or so.
Got home next day about 2pm and it was at my doorstep. Wow guys

I have been purchasing from GEB now for 4 or 5 years and I am really happy with their service. I used to order homebrew ingredients, grain kits and materials/equipment from a few different suppliers but now I just use GEB for all my homebrew needs. Being able to build and order a custom kit is fantastic and the packaging and delivery are always spot on.
I only ever had one issue with a delivery and GEB sorted it straight away.
Also, their numerous videos on homebrewing that they share on YouTube and on their website are always full of great information and advice.
I couldn't recommend GEB highly enough.

I passed order with them and wen DPD left it on the street without any permission form me as the send it was stolen.
Raised a dispute on for a refund i got the answer that they can't do anything about it if you expect anything like customer support for lost or stolen parcels forget about it the werst customer service i have ever seen

I cannot rate Get 'er Brewed highly enough. All items securely packaged and promptly delivered. Prices are very reasonable. Communication is great, questions answered in a prompt, enthusiastic, and friendly manner. It is evident that they are true beer enthusiasts! A family business that values their customers, and their service reflects that. I hope that will continue to operate in the same way that they do now, regardless of how big they become.

These guys are great. Really great! Price, customer service, the lot! They are now my go-to for brewing ingredients. Their custom recipe creator is so easy to use and pricing is very fair indeed. Delivery on each occasion has been swift and whenever I have needed to contact customer services (normally because I have forgotten to order something) the response is always fast and friendly. On each occasion they have been very accommodating when it comes to amending an order after it has been placed. Their youtube presence is the icing on the cake. Very entertaining and its doing wonders for making homebrewing accessible to us all.
