getAbstract is an amazing source of knowledge with a wealth of non-fiction books. I was able to learn many things and absorb a lot of knowledge by reading the getAbstract summaries. For me the quality of the reviews are reflected by how well I retained their content. Amongst the many book reviews and book summaries websites and youtube channels, I see getAbstract as the one with the most complete summaries. It feels almost like having read the complete book.
service desk is absolutely poor, no respect for customer and they would make you feel so inadequate

Many of the summaries are just headlines. you really need to read the book to get the full meaning of the book.
I downloaded the app and got 5 free abstracts ... Excellent. I then paid for a further 3 bundle at 13.99 and after 1 it registered 0 remaining. I have tried to contact via the app support but no response after 1 week. Shame as the book collection looks good but I won't use again unless they can resolve this.
