We would like to clarify that our shop prices had remained unchanged for around 15 years. Only during the last six months did we have to increase prices, because the silver purchase cost rose dramatically 5x compared with our previous buying price. After selling silver rings for a long time at the earlier material cost, it became impossible for us to continue without taking losses.
We fully understand that any price increase can feel disappointing, especially for returning customers, and we truly appreciate your honesty. We always try to keep our prices as fair as possible while continuing to offer authentic and high-quality pieces.

Got a ring from them
Got a ring from them. Advertised as a 900 silver quality ring it turns out it’s 835. Wrote to owner.. absol no reply. So while the item is nice it isn’t anything near the silver quality promised.. and no explanation nothing. Feel disappointed and used.

First of all, I would like to apologize if you felt ignored. We do reply to all customer emails, so please also check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes our responses can end up there.
Regarding the ring, according to our information it is made from 925 silver, which is the standard commonly used by modern jewelers. The reason it was marked 835 was to preserve the historical authenticity and appearance of the piece. German manufacturers and jewelers of that period did not use a 925 hallmark in the same way modern jewelry does, so the marking reflects the historical context of the item.
If you have any doubts, you are very welcome to take the ring to any professional jewelry workshop or jeweler of your choice, where they can test the metal and confirm the correct silver content for you.
I am sorry again for the misunderstanding and for the disappointment this caused. We do appreciate your feedback, and we always want our customers to feel confident about their purchase.

Two months after purchase and alleged posting, still without the item and without a reply.
I purchased a ring from this company 2 months ago and it has not arrived in my country. They have not replied to any of my correspondence either.
