This is the second car I have purchased from Georgesons Cars, Liverpool, and once again the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The team were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. As with any vehicle purchase, particularly when a part exchange is involved, there can be a few moving parts, but Ethan and the Sales Manager worked hard to get the deal over the line, making the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed and looked after. Ethan kept me updated at every stage, and together with the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their commitment to customer service is one of the reasons I returned to purchase my second vehicle from Georgesons.

I would like to personally thank Ethan and the Sales Manager for their efforts, professionalism and support throughout the process. I am delighted with my new car and would highly recommend Georgesons Cars to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership and a positive car-buying experience.

The whole process went very smoothly and Vicky was brilliant. From first contact to completion no issues and Vicky answered any queries promptly and was not too pushy like some sales staff I have encountered.

Excellent dealership…little details like the personalised videos, new tyres/MOT etc all made a massive difference. Happy to buy the car without physically seeing it and the delivery was faultless. Would highly recommend.

Spoke to Vicky about an advertised car on their website. I am quite skeptical and it can be difficult to feel you are not being sold to as opposed to consulted/informed. I couldn't see the car in person due to distance and Vicky was more inquisitive and and demanding of the inspection of the vehicle in my stead than I would have perhaps been myself.

The amount of effort, consistency, information and frequent extra mile shown by Vicky was well beyond the stereotypical second hand care sales person you would expect.

Having already paid for the car, Vicky immediately supported me with additional items for the car for which there was no obligation whatsoever. Didn't even ask. Wrote to me saying we have this for you, I have sent it tracked to you, here is the tracking number.

Car was in very good condition, service throughout was amazing.

Never put on hold. Felt like a client not a customer. No questions were too much.

Final note: Warranty documentation is clear, 12 months breakdown cover included in my purchase, MOT done and sent to me prior to purchase.

David was most professional from the minute I walked onto the show court in Anfield. He explained everything about the car, left me to take a good look myself. When I asked about buying the car David was not pushy at all, gave me clear professional guidance. He told me the car would be ready in a week but then called me two days later to say I could get the car! I was really impressed….. really great service. Thanks Julie

Service with a smile from start to finish

This was our first experience with Georgesons and we were not disappointed. There were no high pressure selling techniques, we were left to look around at our leisure. Martin answered all our questions honestly and explained everything in a manner we could fully understand. The car we bought was ready when they said it would be and was valeted to a high standard. Highly recommend using Georgesons if you are looking for a decent used vehicle

I purchased a 2021 plate car for around 20k from Georgesons Cars in July 2025 and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been very stressful and disappointing.
Shortly after purchasing the car (1 week), I reported knocking noises from the front suspension area. I was initially told after inspection that everything was fine. Over the following months, the vehicle returned to the garage multiple times for repairs, including driveshaft and rear differential work. At one stage, I was informed that a faulty rear differential had been installed and had to be replaced again. ( what could damage the gearbox in the future)
The process involved repeated trips between Manchester and Liverpool, time off work, additional fuel costs, and long periods of uncertainty regarding the reliability of the vehicle. On several occasions I was left without transport and had to rely on friends and family.
Despite all the inspections and repairs, the vehicle has now failed its MOT due to worn front suspension components in the same area where I originally reported knocking noises shortly after purchase. This has raised serious concerns for me about the accuracy of the earlier inspections and diagnosis.
I appreciate that staff remained polite in communication, however overall I feel the aftersales experience, diagnosis process, and handling of the situation fell below what I expected when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I would strongly advise anyone buying a vehicle to ensure they obtain a fully independent inspection before buying vehicle from them as now is already passed 1 year and the problem is still there and their extended warranty doesn't help me as trustiness of their work is questionable.

From the first phone call Patrick couldn't have done anymore, he was very quick with his responses and done everything possible to make my car purchase quick and smooth. I would highly recommend Georgesons to anyone and would definitely use them again if I needed to.
