I like the site. It’s straight forward and good for horse racing which is my only real interest. I like the fact there is no casino or any of that scrap!! Site could do with an upgrade however and in this day and age withdrawals do take too long but overall it’s a good no bullshit punting site.

Let me tell you by far and I mean by far the best online bookmakers I've ever used, honest accommodating and just totally genuine it's very hard in the current market with so many online bookmakers but those guys make it so simple I've had a great experience the best ever so please rest assured your in good hands they are a credit to their named and staff

Awful site,slow & unresponsive. Deposits leave the bank instantly,yet slow to show in the account so can't bet ! Every day the app crashes,and slower than my ex wife.
Easy to lose customers,twice as hard to keep them ! Some companies don't deserve regular customers. Geoff banks is top if the list !!!

Avoid avoid avoid they demand multiple documents to verify your identity your financial situation your address everything four days they have had all of my documents and still I’ve not had any update as to whether I can open an account. I’m really really concerned that this is not a legitimate website this is not a legitimate company. I’ve raised a concern with the data protection office with the gambling commission asking them to investigate even if it is legitimate the data protection processes are really really unsafe. Do not provide them with information.

Been a customer a short time, account in a deficit and yet I receive an email to say all offers and early prices removed. Don’t bother signing up, pointless.

No problems with Geoff Banks whatsoever so far. Opened an account around 3-4 months ago, sometimes I win, sometimes the house wins. Best odds are up nice and early. I opened an account on the strength of Geoff appearing on the Final Furlong Podcast and how he used different practices to the high street bookies. So far so good. This is now my only active account. If anything happens to it I will start using the shops again but they have been fair and square with me. 2 tiny criticisms, payouts could be faster and on the desktop version there is no scroll on the page, you have to use the arrow keys on your keyboard but that really is nit picking. No issues, seems like a good bookies. Horses and football accumulators is what I use it for. I don't understand people complaining about not getting best odds on multis. That is a fairly common practice, that really is on the punter for not selecting at the correct times. Good bookies, would recommend.

Really impressed. I bet on football and horses mainly and GB has so much to offer from around the globe. Good odds, good interface and especially imprrssed that after a recent few flurrys i had they phoned me to ask if i was ok and did i need help with gambling. Not hastle, just a polite ask. And they accepted my response and there are no issues. This was a really impressive personal touch for me so very impressed and recommend.

Offer great odds, but the flip side is if you win (I had 2 lucky wins in one day totalling around £600) then they disabled your account due to 'suspicious activity' (winning!)
My advice would be use them and get what you can out of them while you can.
Oh also stroppy customer team, emails are like you'd get from a mate down the pub, its actually funny!

If there was a zero, I would have chosen that. Lose and they love you, start winning and restricted? Always the same bets yet got lucky and suddenly my betting pattern was suss???

Slow to pay out withdrawals not acceptable in this day and age shame because the sites fine for an independent bookmakers emails are always answered and they are well fair and honest BUT GUYS gets this slow paying withdrawals back sorted because it puts a lot of people off

Overall service is outstanding!!! I place fun multiple bets daily and occasionally a bigger stake on singles and doubles, Geoff has never refused a bet and always pays out rapidly. I mainly use the phone service and team are spot on I know I’m a customer and they there to make money not friends but it’s like having my own bookie very personal friendly experience. Give it a try

Simple really. They take deposits but don't pay out! They also ignore emails. I have had to advise them 18 times of bets they have settled as losers but were actually non runners. I assume most people do not check for non runners so they are making thousands from that as well! Theives basically.

Really poor and my feedback is in line with others! A very 'clunky' website built for a pound in the early 2000s I would guess.
Very poor selection of sports and no cash out???? Are they really living in the 21st century????
The icing on the cake was when my double won and they applied their '1st past the post' rule only applied on singles and my horse was demoted to 2nd.

So I signed up with this betting firm a couple of months ago and I have to say that my experience has been less than enjoyable. Here are a few things that are really annoying. 1. No inplay betting. 2. Every time I deposited I had to fill my bank details, even though I selected the option, 'Save my details'. 3. The amount of time it takes to place a bet. Buffer, buffer, buffer. Sometimes taking 4-5 minutes to confirm the bet. Which leads me to why I deactivated my account today. I really fancied a horse in the 5:05 race at Warwick, so at 4:59 I logged on and attempted to place my bet. No joy because the buffering began. I tried again and again and again but my bet was not placed. The horse won and obviously I was left feeling like I had been robbed. This is a really amateur company in my eyes and if you decide to sign up, just be aware of what you are getting into.
