Ben is so slow at responding, you think if you spent 100 dollars on a freaking piece of plastic and metal, it would work when you get it. I've been in contact with Ben for a month and no resolution for my faulty yoyo. Don't buy here or yoyo factory, Ben responds for both, fire this dude.

Very poor experience. I would strongly advise against buying from this seller.

We purchased the 99 Dragons yoyo (the more expensive model), but it turned out to be extremely noisy. It’s so loud that my son can’t use it indoors, whether at home or in school.

When I contacted the seller, he suggested fixing the bearing. However, the product was brand new, and I don’t think it’s reasonable to have to repair something immediately after purchase.

I requested a refund, but the seller has not responded since. I’ve followed up four times and still received no reply.

Overall, very disappointing service. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Bought a yoyo never came but the string i bought came highly disappointed spent 100 dollars on the yoyo for my 8 yr old son for Christmas bought in November still hasn't came and its January 1st

Long story- we bought the starter 3 Yoyo pack- wonderful communication and great yo-yos. Then bought the dna king- our 9 yr old neglected to tell us he strung it himself or that it came w extra string- and so my husband and I legit thought it was used and broken. The company emails back and forth very quickly and very patiently. Pretty amazing service. Great yo-yos. Recommend 100%

Poor customer service-they do not reply to emails after an order has been made. I made an order, it came nearly 2 weeks after the 10day shipping deadline I was given. No one in customer services replied to my various emails. I then had to pay almost £50 import costs from America to UK for 5 yoyo's -which was not advertised on the website anywhere. I would not have wasted my money had I known of this hidden cost. I asked for the import costs back as it was not adverstised, and surprise surprise-no reply again to any of my emails. The customer support phone number did not work from the UK either. 2 of the yoyo's bought were in the region of £50, both of these yoyos had faulty bearings and have never yoyo-ed properly from day 1. Do not waste your money on this companies poor products and even worse customer service should you have any issues.
