Scam - they do not deliver what you buy. The quality is really poor. 100% sure that they the picture they present.

Wish I could read this review before making the purchase. Definitely a SCAM company. Everything on their website look so good and said from Italy. Product arrives all from china with very cheaply made material. AVOID this company for your own good!

Scam company:

They send you a completely different (and much worse) item than what you order, and then they ignore all refund requests.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER.

Avoid this site! I ordered 2 items and they arrived too small, worse than mediocre quality and when I asked for the refund I was asked to return everything at my expense, it cost me 45 € and I did not never been refunded in the end!

They are simply thieves disguising as a business. I was conned by a good looking website. After 2 months of waiting for my order, it was clear that ALL the pictures on their site are stolen from other designers and made to look like their creation. I couldn't believe what was delivered to me. If only there was a way to upload pictures to this review, it would speak better than any words I could think of. These guys should be in jail.

Dont ever buy from this site
Its a scam. Once they deduct your card and received pyment, they will themselve cancel your order and refuse to reply any email. I doubt they will ever refund.

Having written to social media companies who allow this company to advertise they still have not removed them regardless of there numerous bad reviews....STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE GOING TO SCAM YOU AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.....

i purchased a suit from them. The suit arrived damage with a rip in the lining. I asked them if i can return it. They gave me a return authorized number and an address to ship the suit back to. Told me once i sent them back pictures of the tracking and product they will send my replacement right away. I sent the suit back on my expense even though its defective. Cost me more than $50 to send it back to China. It's been 2 months and they still have not return my product and are ignoring my email. I don't like doing business with dishonest people. Doing business with this company has made it bad for the other honest Chinese companies. You Gentelmano should be ashamed of yourselves for running a company with such dishonesty!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM. Instagram are allowing them to advertise on their marketing adverts. I ordered three shirts which have taken over 2 months and have still not arrived, they have not responded to over 4 emails chasing the delivery. Instead they still send me promotional emails instead. SAVE YOUR MONEY...AND LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

It's really an unacceptable experience, and the conduct is unreasonable and rude.

The suit that we bought, looks completely different compared to the pictures on the site Gentelmano.com The fabric, the colour, the size eveything is terrible. Nothing was good, none of them (see the pictures attached). In short, the seller don't react as expected and told us to receive a discount for the next order. But we don't want to buy something from Gentelmano anymore because we've never experience a bad purchase like this. So we told them that we throw or money away with this purchase and that we want refund. They finally accept it but it had to meet a number of conditions. We met all requests. I sent it 3 weeks ago and I mailed them last week but I didn't heard something. No refund, no reaction. VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Please don't throw your money away people!

Complete scam - stay away. I ordered a slim fit cotton shirt, but received a baggy shaped poorly tailored shirt of some synthetic fabric. It was delivered after two months (!) in a small plastic bag which was partially broken on arrival. This has left the shirt dirty.
I tried to return the product but the company's return policies and procedures are impossible to meet. E.g. they give customers just 5 days to return a product which is impossible during the holiday season. All in all trading with Gentelmano is the worst web trade I have ever done!

They have a 7 days return policy and it looks like you need to contact them in order to find out the return address for your package, but they respond so slow to your e-mails that is becomes impossible to stick within these 7 days return policy. The worst part, even if they respond they send automatic e-mails containing some discount information, but never the return address itself. I need to send my package today in order to stick to their return policy so I will just send it back to the address that it came from. After doing so, I will contact a lawyer obviously, since my order was pretty expensive 250 Dollars. Do you have any advices or helpful tipps that might help me with this issue, returning items and getting the refund money back? This company looks like a scheme!!! So be careful!

Do not waste your time. They never send the orders.

Save yourself the trouble. In the event that you receive your order and it is of a vastly inferior quality to what you expected, you will be sent through an unbelievable series of steps to perform in order to return your item. Assuming you have done so, Australia Post will confirm that your package has been returned and delivered to Gentel Mano but sadly...the refund appears to never appear...And the company will simply ignore you. Beware, they have countless business names, they operate from Chine, but their website are listed in a variety of American location. They use a special program to prevent anyone knowing where they truly are or who they are. Good luck to you all
