The Belper practice is an absolute joke. I'd say avoid these people like the plague. I've been fobbed off when trying to get money back after been wrongly asked to pay for free treatment. I've had appointments cancelled after waiting 5 months and told to call back in a months time after they called me a month before and told me they'd be in contact in a week.. My wife had her appointments postponed until after her maternity card expired. Another patient who's written on their facebook said they'd done the same thing to her. So now I've had to pay for her treatment thanks to what looks like them making sure they fall outside of the exemption date. Lastly, not knowing much about how the NHS is supposed to work I've been charged for Band 2 for what was a 10 minute band 1 inspection. These clowns are a joke. Avoid!
