Generalizei. Who are they? Beware!
After ordering they charged over the top of the stated price. On complaint they reduced it to the price it should have been. I don’t know where this company are based as they have no address o social media. The tracking details did not say where the product originated from, instead they gave places in America, Canada, then back to American customs?? I can only assume I was looking at a bogus tracking site. After waiting for around 3/4 weeks the delivery was by mail by Royal Mail (UK). The product did not work and after many emails asking for advice, realised that they were not going to offer any help or a refund. However, after a lot of wrangling they did offer a refund first of £2, then eventually £5. They generously offered to let me keep the useless product. The item was a flash drive storage device for an iPhone. I wrote this off as a loss, but now I keep receiving sales emails. This is a company selling cheap products and they will not give you a refund if things go wrong. I should have known better, but thought I should pass this info on. I saw this through a Facebook ad.
