It is with the heaviest of hearts that I write to you today to announce the permanent closure of Genepro’s operations. Since 2014, Genepro has been more than just a business to us; it has been our "baby." For 12 years, we have poured our passion, energy, and lives into creating what we truly believe is the best protein in the industry. However, a "perfect storm" of insurmountable challenges over the last year and a half has forced us to make the incredibly difficult decision to cease operations and file for bankruptcy. This decision was not made lightly. We fought to stay afloat until the very last moment, utilizing all personal and business funds in an attempt to navigate through these unprecedented times. We believe you deserve transparency regarding the events that led us here: • Global Supply Chain Crisis: The Global Protein Shortages have severely impacted our industry. We have faced an inability to procure raw protein, with supply channels completely stalled until at least Q2 of 2026. • Unsustainable Costs: In 2025 alone, the scarcity of protein drove pricing up by over 60%. This hyper-inflation meant that for quite some time, we were incurring an incremental loss on every single order we shipped. • Regulatory Challenges: Recently, an FDA inspection required us to issue a recall regarding our packaging for failing to list "Milk Allergen" on external bags. This placed an immense strain on our already depleted resources. Case RES# 98013 • Financial & Operational Blocks: While trying to salvage the company, we were hit by a wave of fraudulent actions, including chargebacks and wire reversals that were/are in direct violation of the sales agreements in place. These attacks resulted in the closure of our merchant services and bank accounts, putting the company further into the negative and removing our ability to transact. ***Important Notice Regarding Communication and Claims*** Because we have formally ceased operations and are entering bankruptcy proceedings, we are legally and operationally unable to maintain customer support channels. Effective immediately, all email addresses, phone lines, social media messaging, and text support channels for Genepro are permanently closed and unmonitored. We respectfully ask that you do not attempt to contact former employees, personal family accounts, or other unaffiliated businesses regarding Genepro matters, as they have no access to Genepro systems or funds. Pursuant to the Automatic Stay provisions of 11 U.S. Code § 362, all actions to recover claims or demands for payment must be paused and addressed solely through the bankruptcy court process. We cannot legally process refunds, respond to individual inquiries, or negotiate claims outside of this court-supervised system. To our long-standing customers: Thank you. Your loyalty over the last decade has meant the world to us. It was your support that helped us achieve the GHP International Life Science Award for Best Protein, an accolade we will always hold dear. To our newer customers, and specifically those who have placed orders that we are now unable to fulfill: We offer our deepest, most sincere apologies. We understand the frustration of spending hard-earned money and not receiving your product. Please know that this is not the outcome we ever wanted. We fought hard to keep the lights on so we could serve you, but the convergence of these economic and operational disasters simply left us with no path forward. They are Fraud dont trust by few positive reviews.

They are fraud and they are doing few positive reviews to maintain the dignity untill they have not return our money we had made the of $27k on june they have refund our money nor the new management is responding as well.

⚠️ Warning to anyone considering doing business with Genepro Protein

Our company made payments to **Genepro Protein Inc.** for a product order in October 2025. The payments were made in two transactions, each for **$38,918**, on **October 6, 2025** and **October 22, 2025**.

To date, we have **not received the goods** and **no refund has been issued**.

Recently, we noticed several **new positive reviews** claiming that the company has new management and that everything is now operating normally. However, our experience suggests otherwise.

We attempted to contact the **new management** via email to resolve this matter and request either delivery of the goods or a refund. Unfortunately, **our email could not even be delivered**, and we have received **no response from anyone representing the company**.

Because of this, we are seriously concerned that the **recent positive reviews may not reflect the actual situation**. From our perspective, there is still **no clear communication channel, no response, and no resolution** for existing customers who paid significant amounts of money.

If the new management is legitimate and committed to resolving past issues, we respectfully ask them to **contact us directly and resolve our outstanding order immediately**.

Until then, potential customers should **exercise extreme caution** before sending any payment.

New Management

New Management, Same Unresolved Issue

We were informed that Genepro now has new management, and we were hopeful that our long-pending issue would finally be resolved in a professional and fair manner.

Unfortunately, despite the change in management, our previous pending stock and reimbursement matter is still unresolved.

Our company placed and paid for inventory, and to date we have neither received the remaining stock nor any reimbursement for the outstanding amount. We have contacted the new management multiple times expecting transparency and a proper resolution, but no clear timeline or final solution has been provided.

A change in management should also mean a change in accountability and customer treatment. So far, our experience remains the same — delayed responses and no practical action on our pending stock or refund.

We request the new management of Genepro to take responsibility for all previous commitments and immediately resolve either:

delivery of our pending inventory, or

full reimbursement of our outstanding payment.

We are still willing to resolve this matter professionally, but continued delays are unacceptable.

I received my order of the 45 serving size protein last week. Very pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product. This will be my go to protein powder going forward!

Extremely Fraud & Unprofessional Experience

I paid $31,003.25 to Genepro for services that were never completed. After receiving the full payment, communication from their side gradually stopped and then completely ceased. Multiple follow-ups via email and other channels went unanswered.

When I finally managed to get a response, I was told that the company is “bankrupt”, yet no official notice, refund plan, or transparent explanation was ever provided. Taking a client’s money and then disappearing, only to later claim financial collapse, is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This situation has caused significant financial loss and stress. If Genepro was facing financial difficulties, clients should have been informed before accepting payments—not after the money was already taken.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with Genepro until they can demonstrate accountability, transparency, and a clear resolution process for affected customers.
