Delighted lots of people give a 5 star rating. However it has not been my experience.
Gifted a beautiful ring not this Christmas but last. The stone fell out after 10 months. Thankfully I located that. Tried a number of times to get in touch with customer services via email. No reply. Finally had an answer which said the ring was out of guarantee (3 months) so if I wanted it fixing I’d have to send it back, and wait for it to be repaired (3-4 months) and pay for it.

Took the ring to an independent jeweller who said she wasn’t surprised the stone had fallen out, it’s just glued in. I’m now looking at a £200 bill to have a proper setting made that will anchor the stone.
3 month warranty is ridiculous. Jewellery should be for life not 3 months.
In spite of the jewellery being undoubted pretty, I could not recommend this company to others.

The onyx stood out well, as it didn't have setting around it. I put it with a 20 inch chain.

Crystal was attentive to my query as I returned an item as per Gemondo return process. It did say 14 days but it was processed right away. Great communication, would purchase with them again in the near future if there's something that tickles my fancy.

They received my returned ring 10th November I requested a replacement, rang last Friday still no contact .
Have rang again this morning still just an answer phone .
Email sent through Amazon let’s hope they pick that up

I can not say the same about communication. I have returned a product on 2nd of November and I still don't know if you received it. It will be better if you communicate with your customer when you receive a product, when the refund will be done. I contacted you,but no answer.

Online ordering was easy and straight forward. Shipping was quick considering it was going overseas and I was able to track the package online the whole way. The ring is gorgeous and my wife loves it.
