Bought coco peat brick. Labels says " add 5L of water wait for brick to expand & lightly stir into a fluffy mix " Yeah Right !!! Any of you people at Gem imports actually tried it. 45 minutes later, all I'm left with us a thick soup that's going straight in the bin. What a load of rubbish !!!! Avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely pathetic.
I brought Bloc paint brushes from this company and they are absolutely useless, the hairs starting coming out from first use and I ended up throwing the whole pack in the dustbin.

Do not buy from these people. Screen wipes are dry and do not dispense.
They have great items but not great customer service and my first order with them is now over four weeks late. I understand delays but I contacted before making the order to enquire about their preordered items. I was told they was coming in the following week so I only ordered because of what they said. Again, I understand delays but that week they were originally supposed to come in I was then told "next week" and then when i called that week I was told again "next week". Then when enquiring again after not hearing back it was the 27th.. then "you'll definitely receive by the 30th".. now on the 27th it's "hopefully within the next week". Still no update one whole month later. SUPER frustrating and seriously puts me off ever ordering with them again as I've never had such a stressful order in the 5 years buying items for my business. I don't recommend them either.
