purchased my extractor in 2019 had a problem in 2021 and this super enterprise sent me rplacement parts without any problems and on top of that for free.

The fan is extremely effective. The delivery was as advertised. The installation was very easy. I have already made one of my friends by the same fan and he is just as happy.

I began my search to solve a problem: a smaller chimney diameter than what should have been built into the house. Smoke coming into the living room was unavoidable except when there was less than a breeze outside. Rebuilding the chimney was cost prohibitive. Multiple web searches steered me to chimney exhaust fans which I was not familiar with here in the States. After reading online reviews and informative websites, I felt confident ordering a fan from Gemi Elettronica. When it was shipped, it was entertaining to follow the package on the shipping app as it circled Roma a few time before it shipped out of Italy to the States. I received it in good shape, none the worse for shipping wear. I assembled all the supplies I need to install the fan and was able to install it within 2-3 hours. Because the chimney outlet was so small, I needed to trim the stainless steel mount with snippers to size it down further than what the stock mount was spec’ed at. It absolutely solved the smoke problem and has the nice added benefit of providing a breeze in the living room during warmer weather. Here in New Mexico, winds can often get up to 50mph or better in the spring and fall. The unit has remained stable and in place on the chimney without issues. Even the chimney sweep was impressed with the quality of the unit. I highly recommend this for anyone needing additional ventilation from your chimney.

Miles cheaper than the locally made product in Australia. Less than half the cost including postage for this fabulously engineered stainless steel flu fan. Has solved all of our small and soot problems. Fire gets going faster and burns hotter. Also more temperature control for the oven.

After we put pipes in the chimney, there was poor draft. So we chose Gemini and ordered it online. Got an immediate response and the chimney fan arrived after 6-7 days. (Milan - Oslo). Had to check something about the mounting device and got a quick answer.
The fan works very well. We have not had smoke in the living room once and we use the fan at max 2. At level 6, all those with a tupé should hold on to it. We are very satisfied with this device.

Good products and Good Service

The chimney fan stopped my range from smoking and just works! Installation was straightforward and the speed control is very useful. I find that the control needs to be turned up to get the fire going and then turned down to get the oven hot.
The best thing is the helpful and humorous videos on the website. Most refreshing,😊

I had a back draft in my fireplace that was really annoying. A chimney service quoted a repair $$ and offered no guarantee it would fix the problem, I decided to search for a solution on my own. Found it! Your fan not only solved the issue, but looks nice and is very quiet.
Note: It offers several fan speeds but have not needed more than the first. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
