I highly recommend the Geekom AE7

I purchased a Geekom AE7 with a Ryzen 9 7940 HS processor in July 2024. It replaced a 5 year old HP laptop. The performance of this MiniPC has more than met my needs. Boot-up is fast and I can complete all tasks with ease. The graphics quality and performance of the AMD Radeon 780M is excellent.

As a side note, I have installed Linux Mint 22.0 in a dual boot (Windows/Linux) configuration and Linux runs flawlessly on this system.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to purchase another Geekom in the future.

I recently purchased a Geekom 12th…

I recently purchased a Geekom 12th generation intel processor machine. I run three monitors so the two hdmi ports and the two usb c 4 ports allowed me to continue with three. The machine is very quiet even under heavy load and runs very cool. I love all the extra ports for usb hubs and audio out for speakers. It is a very versatile machine and I am well pleased. I replaced a laptop with it for home use. Finally, the price was unbeatable and delivery was fast. The first thing I did was open it up, add more memory and a 2tb ssd. Everything was recognized at setup.

Excellent customer service

After I decided on an IT13 I contacted Geekom. The online site help me select the specific model I wanted.
After I received the computer I saw they were offering a discount. I contacted customer support and I received a credit within a few days.

Bought an A5 mini

Bought an A5 mini. All seemed great, but within 2 weeks the PC started shutting down, initially I was happy to have a replacement, but on contacting them, which can only be done online. It came to light the issues was an unknown loss of power. The communication from that point became difficult and very disjointed. I'm still struggling to get a resolution. I could not recommend this company.

What customer service???

Mini air 11 died about 1 1/2 years after purchase. Tried contacting Geekom via phone, email and chat. Absolutely no response for weeks now. I keep trying but no go. Do not buy!!!

The mini PC works

The mini PC works. Why only 2 stars then? The ordering page gives the impression that Geekom has a kind of service point in Germany. However, order confirmation came from a Hongkong address and reply to my question about delivery date after 10 days of silence (money already transferred) came from a company in Shenzen. No information who to contact in case of warranty (Shenzen?, Hongkong?). I am happy that I ordered only a small PC for 350 Euro. If it brakes I won't waste time to for a useless warranty claim. I wouldn't buy another Geekom. Better spend more money for a reliable brand like Lenovo, Dell, Acer etc.

Product defect in under 6 month

Product purchased in February 2024. Defective since the beginning of August. Manufacturer refuses to repair the part despite the promised 3-year warranty. They send me to the German Geekom support and this sends me to the seller, who also does not respond to any emails. Manufacturer can't do anything with my invoice. Very poor product and a bad manufacturer

Buyers be aware- terrible warranty support

Not impressed with there so called warranty. I recently bought a Geekom that was around 6 months old, which turns out needs a warranty claim, after multiple emails back and forth which takes days for a reply from them. They say they can’t find an order, and will only provide warranty service if purchased directly with them. Meaning if purchased through a third party you are screwed. Also meaning they don’t stand by there product. All info was provided including serial number but no trace. Buyer beware!

Great little PC, awful customer service!

I was very happy with my Mini IT8, using it for website building and coding.

But then it suddenly wouldn't power up and there was an electrical burning smell coming from inside it.

I contacted Geekom customer service and three days later they got back to me.

We are now over a full week into several emails back and forth and I'm told I will need to pay £250 to replace my PC.

MY PC IS IN WARRANTY and they want me to pay £250 to replace it! They haven't even inspected it.

Tread carefully with this lot, and buyer beware!

I ordered an IT11 on 17th May

I ordered an IT11 on 17th May. Advertised as in stock and delivery in 3-10 business days (to the UK). Marked as dispatched on 30th May. Eventually delivered on 14th June. Coincidentally, this was 2 days after I said I was going to claim a refund from my credit card (GEEKOM said that they would not refund as the item had been dispatched).
The computer itself seems a very nice unit.
But only order if you are willing to wait a very long time for delivery.

After 2 months the fans have an…

After 2 months the fans have an annoying noise. Now they don't know if it's the CPU fan or another fan. Surely the A5 is big enough to fit more than one fan. I would like to send it back at my expense. But sure, if you need your PC, buy where you can find spare parts anywhere.

If you're worried, read this...
OK, I ordered...
Their website was saying will arrive in 14 days...it didn't, and their website was sat in the 'PROCESSING' state for far too long.
I wanted to give Geekom a chance, and I am glad I did.
In a world full of INSTANT fulfillment (Amazon), being slightly older I remember when most deliveries could take up to 4 weeks.
Iknew I was protected by my credit card so I patiently waited...
I'm glad I did!
I'm now the proud owner of a powerful Geekom unit, and I will buy again.
I imagine those leaving bad reviews are younger, have been rude to the Geekom staff or even worse tried to overclock a small unit that perhaps is already optimised for safe performance.
Keep up the good work Geekom.
For those out there wanting a decent machine at a fair price, learn to show patience.
A firm delivering quality like this has to make savings somewhere, and I learned its by utilizing a small, yet honest team.

SCAM - Beware of Geekom - Supplier to Avoid

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Geekom supplier, and it was nothing short of a disaster. I feel compelled to warn potential buyers about the numerous issues I encountered.

First and foremost, the product stock at Geekom is abysmally low. Many items are perpetually out of stock, making it incredibly frustrating to try and purchase anything. It’s as if they never replenish their inventory, leaving customers waiting indefinitely.

Moreover, the specifications provided for their Mini PCs are completely misleading. I ordered a Mini PC based on the specs listed on their website, only to receive a device that didn’t match the promised performance or features. This kind of false advertising is unacceptable and deceptive.

The customer support is another nightmare. Not only is there no proper follow-up channel, but the representatives are also unresponsive and unhelpful. It feels like they have no interest in resolving customer issues or providing any kind of support once they’ve taken your money.

Adding to the frustration, Geekom offers no English language support.

To top it all off, Geekom has a zero refund policy. Once you’ve made a purchase, you’re stuck with it, no matter how dissatisfied you are with the product or service. This rigid policy is a clear indication that they don’t stand behind their products or care about customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, dealing with Geekom was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise against it. The low product stock, misleading Mini PC specs, terrible customer support, lack of English language support, and zero refund policy make this supplier one to avoid at all costs. Buyer beware of this SCAM!

Bravo Geekom

About 3 weeks ago I purchased the Mini IT11 with an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and 32GB of RAM + 1TB SSD and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The product arrived ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. The performance of this mini PC is top-notch, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of speed and reliability. I am so impressed with it that’s why I decided to order XT12 Pro Mini PC Intel® Core i9-12900H - XT12PRO + 2TB SSD + HUB & Portable Monitor SET. without hesitation.
