Great Customer Service - Fast EU Shipping
I had an outstanding experience with Gecoshop! Their customer service on WhatsApp is phenomenal, incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions. Horrible online experience, apparently not deliberate
I wanted to buy some mints. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the online store supports $CAD, and when I added them to the cart it quoted a low $7.99 shipping cost. After I created an account and went to check out, the shipping cost went to $40 (understandable, but why did they lie up front?). Then at the payment step it told me I had to switch to Euros. Weird, but when I converted back to check my total was now actually 26% higher.
At this point I gave up. Then I found no simple way to delete my account.
Since I posted my original review here, the company has explained that both the original shipping quote and the currency conversion boost were due to coding errors and were not deliberate. Since fixed, apparently, but I'm really glad I decided to make the extra effort to check the conversion before assuming it was honest.
I would have had some sympathy a decade ago. However, it's 2025 and there's no longer any excuse.
1. Don't quote an exact shipping price when it's not even a guess. Better to leave that for checkout, AND provide a shipping calculator before then
2. Don't require creating an account BEFORE checkout.
3. Don't disable cut-and-paste. You block secure password generators and make form filling a pain
4. Decide which currencies you support and support them all the way through.
If the web store is this messed up, what does that imply for shipping and support?

We would like to inform our valued customers—taking this very helpful review as an opportunity to do so—that the automatic calculation of shipping costs in the cart, based on geolocation, is now working correctly again. This means it is no longer necessary to register in order to view the applicable shipping costs.
Additionally, a new section has been added to every product page where you can check shipping costs by simply entering the delivery country, postal code, and state. This will generate a table showing the delivery charges for that specific product.
This feature also acts as a “preview” tool, as it uses geolocation: if the suggested country does not match your actual location, you can easily adjust it to view the correct shipping costs.

20/10/2023 Good morning, our site contains an accurate description of the product, and in the description there is also a note: the image is being updated, in fact it has been updated with the new version just made available by the manufacturing company.
the bounty is not specified in the description, it is new this season since 2020 the expo was not updated.If you have already purchased the product in the past it is understandable to be disappointed, because the bounty minis were really very good!

at 38 degrees centigrade there is no chocolate or protection that holds, you have to refrigerate the chocolate as soon as it arrives, We don't see from the barcodes that goods have been sent that are different from the ones you ordered. What did you receive differently? From what we see from our cameras, the products shipped are correct, can you send us a photo so we can evaluate what happened?
