Great products and experience. My sister and I visited the store in Courmayeur while on a holiday and they have items that are not in the regular store or sold out. We end up buying two Moon Boots and a Loewe purse. Great service and we will definitely be back.

I can’t comment about their website but if you ever in Italy, stop by at the store and you will be happy you did!

Was a bit apprehensive because of some negative reviews here and I hadn't heard of the website before.

However I have to say I'm very pleased with the experience. Got a pair of shoes that was sold out elsewhere for a good price. The parcel arrived in three days (DHL). There were no extra charges as duties and taxes were already included in the price, which is excellent for UK buyers.

Was checking out and about to click “PLACE ORDER” when I noticed the cart did not tell me what size the Amiri Sweatshirt was in my cart . I clicked back to make sure I was ordering the right size just to be told the item in my cart was suddenly sold out… Not sure what’s the point of having a shopping cart if customers can pick out of my cart lmfao! What would of happened if I placed my order…

I ordered a few times and everything is fast and good. But your website is just awful some brands are appearing and disappearing every week, the same with products. You should fix it.

I ordered some Loewe sunglasses and within 48 hours they were delivered from Italy to the UK. Fantastic service and updates regarding the delivery! Would recommend absolutely!

Great service and excellent designer items much cheaper than elsewhere. I was hesitant at first but looked at reviews and they seemed ok. I literally ordered my items on the 22nd of December at night and received them on the 29th December, that is very fast considering the Christmas break. All items were very nice and I got them while they were on sale which made it even better.

I was worried about ordering considering the small number of reviews, including some negative. I am glad I did. The discount was amazing. It was dispatched the next day and I received it in London the same week. Well packaged. Lovely product.

I have to admit that after seeing some of the reviews, I was slightly skeptical about making a purchase for some Gianvito Rossi sandals. However, I knew I really wanted them so about two weeks later, I phoned the number on their website and someone answered which is a good thing. I asked to talk to someone who understood English as I am in the UK, and they put me through to Sara. I asked her if the shoes were available and blatantly told her I really wanted them, but was apprehensive due to he negative reviews. She said I could see for myself and said she would confirm with the warehouse about availability. She emailed me confirming they were there so I paid for them. That same day, I got an acknowledgement from DHL with a reference number and the following day they were sent. I received them within three days of my order and they are brand new and in excellent condition. I am happy with my purchase and service received and I will definitely buy from them again. Zero service, zero respect for a client. I bought loewe espadriles which were damaged on my first wear. It’s already one month since I am waiting for any solution from their store. I got few answers to my emails, but just saying they are trying to contact loewe.

Zero customer service, not sure if this place exists. Have sent 6 emails and nothing back at all.

Basically, this scan company will not allow product return. I emailed them three times but no respond. What a joke! Now I question if they sell authentic product!!!

I send them nearly twelve emails, but I don't receive answers for anyone. I place my order 30/07, today 5/08 and I'm still waiting for shipping confirmation. 01/07 they said me that it will be soon, because they wait for one part of order, after that time I don't hear any information from them.I don't now they will send me my parcel or now. They totally ignore me

I emailed them 3 times in several days and they never reply. I left comment in facebook, they never reply. I inbox their messenger, they never reply. I am an international buyer and has difficulty to contact them via phone. They are supposed to provide a better communication system via email since they sell things online worlwide.
I did my first purchase and nothing seen in my order folder. It is empty. I don;t know where to ask since they ignore all the media platform.
I hope my stuff will arrive safely and soon.
