February 2025. Had a great experience dealing with Rory at Gear4 Motorcycles. I purchased a new KTM 390 Adventure at a very discounted and competitive price. Rory was welcoming and easy to deal with. There was no pressure put upon me over the purchase or "you also needed this and this" to go with the bike like other dealers sometimes apply.
The premises are awesome! Excellent layout with a good range of bikes with some very good deals to be had. Also has an excellent clothing department and an area to chill out in if you are waiting for a service etc.
I shall definitely be dealing with them again.

I've had nothing but superb service from Gear4 parts department over the years I have been dealing with them. They are my preferred parts supplier for my KTM, Husky and Gas Gas. Reliable, good stock, good prices and brilliant communication.

I was a bit wary of ordering a rear spring for my KTM as it was on backorder and out of stock. I purchased it, and then contacted gear4 a couple of days later to check if the stock had arrived. They responded to my message quickly, the part arrived, and i've just had a message from royal mail saying it’s on the way. Quick compared to past experiences on other sites and can't really fault gear4 for communication. Nice work.

Just bought some KTM powerpart mirrors and a Jacket. I accidentally paid for postage twice. I was really impressed that Gear 4 contacted me and refunded the extra postage without prompting. My order arrived the next day very well packaged. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Thank you and I look forward to buying from you again.

After trying multiple companies to source parts for my KTM, I came across Carl. Everywhere else I had looked or spoken to had no idea what I was looking for and were just really unhelpful. As soon as I spoke to Carl here, he found exactly what I needed and gave extra support and advice which was no hassle at all. He went above and beyond and contacted KTM directly to source me a manual for my bike and sent it all over in pdf via email. Will be sure to use these guys from now on! Excellent as always, I hit Barney in the parts department with another challenge to see if he could get me a baffle for my Akrapovic on my 690, a exhaust that is no longer in the catalog, he found it and ordered it within 5 mins, way and beyond what I had expected of him.

Since purchasing a KTM Duke from Gear 4 a couple of years ago, I have never ceased to be impressed by the level of customer service. I live in South East London and we found Gear 4 in Peterborough during a web search for a specific 2020 KTM Duke 125 that my son wanted. Gear 4 had a machine still in stock and competetively priced it along with a number of upgrades we wanted. They also arranged for the bike to be delivered to us. Since then we have bought spares from them, even though they are a long way from us. They always seem to have what we need or are able to get the parts quickly. The team are super friendly and genuinely interested in providing a great experience. I just called to get some help with a spark plug issue, and the parts team have again gone over and above sourcing the info I need and providing the part I wanted. So refreshing...
