I thank Cara for rejecting my case, I was stress each time I had to write or call her to get an update, just don't know how to stop the 14 day contract. They took their time you don't know when it starts, or what is going on. I wonder what happen there I guess they discover how little they will gain, I am not suggesting they work for noting, don't let me stop others when you cannot do the job. I wish I had seen this reviews before signing the contract. You have done me a great service. Be careful when signing any contract.

Absolute joke don't communicate with you takes light years for them dealing with a still on going claim biggest mistake I made going with these constantly asking for more information on and on asking for details of the accident coming up to twelve months when this should be asked at the beginning never again and as for recommending not a chance on this god's green earth Worst time ever with these people my advice is go else where these don't care about your claim all they want is to drag it out and just rack up cost as well as taking the percentage off for themselves I should of gone elsewhere or probably done it myself wouldn't be waiting light years the people on here put the truth then you go on Google reviews or the company state good feedback when rightly so I think it's likely to be a lie

Because I missed their phone callback, they emailed me saying “Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, on this occasion we would be unable to assist as the scope of your enquiry falls outside our criteria” 😂

Absolutely disgusting! They trying to get me to pay £600 for a case that happened to me in 2021 January and since then I have been calling them up chasing them via email etc, today they decided to hit me with a letter, they are nothing but cowboys! First it’s Chloe dealing with the case then it’s Bethany now it’s Gillian ??? I told them immediately to close this case because of them I’ve had such bad trauma and mental health problems. Instead they wanna hit me with a fine. I no longer live at my elderly mother’s address I’ve moved up north, so for them to threaten me is disgusting. I had to keep giving them information when that should be in THEIR system. Absolutely horrific to think these people call them self solicitors??? They can’t even do the job and expect you to pick up where THEY left off. They will be sending to their debt recovery department yeah?? and I will be putting a case on them. Disgusting , causing me stress when I have been emailing them calling them non stop. They lack customer service.

I would strongly urge you to reconsider using Graham Coffey. Though my wife’s case was eventually concluded in her favour, getting a response from our solicitor James Pinder was next to impossible. Months of no responses, ignored emails, and never returning any of her calls. She wasn’t even attempting to make frequent contact, perhaps every few months? We were even chased by the third party because they couldn’t get a response either - absolutely embarrassing. It felt like we did everything for our case, yet these crooks will do the minimum and still take half your money. We were advised by James that the case wasn’t likely to make much money and we assume this is why there was minimal effort. I found this dehumanizing, we weren’t going through this process for any financial gain but because she had been wronged.

Find a company that cares for your wellbeing… This company is a disgrace.

I’m am currently using these for an RTA my son was involved in and it’s proving to be the biggest mistake I have ever made. Very unprofessional and no communication. Nothing but false promises they will get back to you. Do yourself a favour and find another solicitor.
