I purchased the ivory Jamie faux fur coat and am absolutely disgusted with the product that arrived.
The coat is in fact yellow not ivory, absolutely hideous. The material is not the same as shown on the advertising pics in fact the coat is completely different. The fur is also hideous and looks nothing like the item advertised. When I queried the fact it was so different she responded saying the picture used is for real fur and that it states on the website that the fur is changed on the faux fur ones, where? Where does it say this as I haven’t seen it anywhere! And if the fur is different on the faux fur they need to be posting real pics of that fur! The coat looks Amazing on the picture but is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t even pay £20 for the coat never mind £115! Also disgusted with the customer service, the owner is rude and unhelpful.

If 0 stars was an option I would definitely be giving that and not 1!

I have paid almost 2 weeks ago and I have sent countless emails to the seller but she has chose to ignore me all I would like is my item and I know she could not say that she has missed all 10 of my emails but this is just bad customer service through and through.

I really liked a coat this business was selling with a fox fur hood; so I messaged the 'boutique' on Instagram to find out how they source their fur. I wanted to know if their fur was ethically sourced and animals were free from harm (to which I find not many people sell humane fur).

Their response: "Hi I recommend the faux fur version if you have any worries or concerns regarding real fur.
Warmest regards Gbowtique".

This poor response tells me that they have no idea of where their products come from which is a worry. Also bearing in mind that fur farming was banned in 2002 which means their 'fur' is imported from who knows where. I will stick with my gut and continue not buy anything fur related!

I ordered a coat that I had seen on numerous websites. I felt quite nervous about the quality especially as they all have the same pictures of the coat. HOWEVER I am over the moon with my ‘Jamie’ coat, it looks exactly like it does in the images and the hood is as big and fluffy as it looks! I’m happy to support a small business in this economic climate and give others the confidence to order a good quality product, as the first thing I did was google the reviews. Also delivery was so quick. Definitely order from Gbowtique :-)

I made a relatively large order and everything came quickly, packaged lovely and was of good quality! Unfortunately 2 items were too small and I sent them back to receive a full refund quickly. I had to pay for the postage to return but this is common with small businesses so didn’t mind at all. Lovely and professional experience and would definitely purchase from them again! :)

I never normally leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to do so after receiving my recent purchases. I bought a two piece set and a skirt, the quality of these items is amazing and I am so pleased with them. Delivery was quick and I will absolutely be purchasing from here again.

Absolutely loved my two piece I ordered from here, super fast delivery and really attentive and friendly customer service! the outfit was amazing quality, the material was so expensive feeling and looking, it felt and looked gorgeous on!! I had so many compliments☺️ Highly recommend!!

Actually appalled and shocked at the quality of this product for the prices they charge. I ordered a coat....the package was cheap and nasty, ripped and almost looked burnt. The fur on the hood looks big and fluffy on the website where as its actually cheap and thin. The thickness and overall quality was embarrassing. And probably worth about £30 not the £115 that i paid for it. There is a belt in the coat what should of been threaded through and it was loose and impossible to thread through myself. Over all disgusting. Do not order from this site its not even worth 1 star.

I purchased an item after seeing Gbowtique heavily advertised over Instagram. The stuff is cheap quality from a london wholesaler and the owner of the boutique does not stick to her own return policy of refunding/exchanging within 14 days of returning an item. Very disappointing and fully regretting ever making a purchase. Had to go through the bank to get my money back!
I think this company is a prime example of why people are put off of supporting small, local businesses. Customer service is non existent.
