They are still advertising the Dunkeld leather jacket that I ordered and showing it in stock , so why dont they send me one and complete their contract to supply, even though its eight weeks overdue. Anthony.

Update on my previous revue. The company offered me a free hat if I gave them 5 stars! They also offered me delivery last week or a full refund. I chose the hat which never arrived. Asked fo a full refund over this weekend and as yet no refund. I had to moderate my comments on my first review so draw you own conclusions. All I would say is I hope nobody has to go through my experience with this company.

Ordered Seeland Membrane trousers as a gift. Paid in full including postage.
After weeks of contacting them to chase my order, nothing except excuses.
I receive emails to say the item is on its way or they are getting it sent over to ship to me, but nothing.
I have asked daily for a refund but this is ignored, just the usual it will be dispatched soon.
AVOID this company at all costs as you will be scammed out if your money.
If I should get item or refund I will update Trust pilot. I am now reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

Following my recent adverse review after not receiving my order or answers to email chasers, Johnny contacted me to explain that Cieran had left the company and that my order correspondence had not been reassigned by the system; he has now promptly sent a full refund. Clearly this company may still have operational issues, but I do not believe it is in any way fraudulent and the owner is struggling to keep the business and its reputation alive despite being wheelchair-bound. I have revise my rating accordingly.

We never got our order and never received a refund... we had emailed a few times before receiving an email back that the order was 'delayed' as the owner was on holiday... we wanted a refund and are STILL waiting.

Absolutely useless people,waiting with days for any reply from them,saying my refund will be done 5-7 days,10 days still nothing.

This company is not scum i order some clothes but it took very long time to received and after a long pressure finally i got it as i emailed them they answered me back that member of this company was suffering a serious injured and thats why the packages are delayed everyone make patience and you will receive your orders

I wrote a review on Google, stating how bad this company is. I had some hope that I may receive my product when I received a response from that review. But it’s been a further 3 weeks, and I still haven’t received my item, that I purchased 2 months ago.

The owner stated that he’s ill or unwell, which I completely understand, in that case shut down the business, and refund people back their money.

It’s not right. Finally, please send my product or refund my money or I will have to report you to trading standards.

Order placed on 2/11/24 only half order received multiple emails and no replies phone line not working due to staff issues awful service

Ordered £265 Halkila boots, never arrived, when I did finally manage to speak to someone I was informed they were out of stock and would be with me the following week.
Following week came and went and still no boots, prerecorded message on their phone saying they were short staffed and unable to take calls. I emailed and had a response claiming it was all down to illness. I have sent several emails requesting a refund and had nothing back from them. Absolute charlatans, avoid like the plague.

Took my money 9th November. Chased, and they claimed dispatch due this week. I have not recieved my items and presume I will not get them. Trying to get a refund but response a lot slower now asking for my money back.

No refund recieved, presume it will never come.

Terrible company. Ordered boots a month ago, and I’ve still not received my order or a refund. I’ve contacted them multiple times and still no reply. Scam!

Finally received my refund after a few weeks of chasing. GBO appears to be a small business , currently facing staff shortage. The owner explained everything and is unfortunately in a wheel chair therefore cannot be as efficient as normal. Be patient and all will be resolved.

Do not buy from this company!! The company take your money, you do not receive the goods or a refund. You cannot contact after you have sent your money they need reporting to trading standards. Reading reviews they have robbed thousand of pounds.They try to Blackmail you telling you they will only return your money when you remove the review, do not be fooled with e mails of excuses. Do not believe reviews telling you how good this company is this is also a scam.

Something is very wrong with this outfit. They have a seemingly very happy attitude to giving the most appalling service

Ordered a cap on the 24 the August. It’s now 12th November and no sign of it. I’ve called twice and been promised actions and dispatches that never materialised. Either refund me or send me what was promised.

ordered boots in September its now mid November no boots no refund no answering of the phone. I have sent over 20 emails 1 response still no sign of the boots.
