It was definitely worth the investment

We are renting the property we hope to buy and wanted a good comprehensive survey so that we fully understand what we are taking on. I searched online for experienced and knowledgeable surveyors in the area and came across Ian Comley. He fitted the bill perfectly and I booked a survey with him through GB Home Surveys. Ian far exceeded our expectations. He was with us most of the day, he was meticulous and clearly passionate about his work. He is friendly and was respectful of the property. He took time to explain his findings to us. His report was extremely thorough and detailed. We now feel confident that we understand the property and the next steps we need to take. It was definitely worth the investment.Thank you Ian.
